What a gem of a find! I never heard of them before, but gave it a go and bought some MAC makeup, Kerastase and other staples, as well as a lovely fluffy blanket. It was all well packed, no fancy packaging, but secure and delivered fast. All looks and feels genuine. There were a lot of other products that I liked on their website that were sold out unfortunately, but I’ll be back for more :)

My confidence is restored! WSC emailed to say my messages had gone into spam. They have refunded me without question. Many thanks to Ewa in customer service.

I ordered an item but unfortunately it was the last one in stock and it was damaged. They contacted me immediately with a refund instead of sending a damaged item. That is amazing in my eyes!!

Great online shop with super-fast delivery! I always check back each month as they're constantly adding new products to the website.

I also needed to ask a question about one of the products I'd ordered, and Ewa from customer support was incredibly helpful. She responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service.

Highly recommend!

Product received had broken secondary packaging which showed of having been damp and with mould spots. The product itself was past it's expiry date by several months.

To be fair I think our responses have crossed path. I did send an email yesterday but now not certain if that went to yourselves or courier. It was after that message I made this review.
Today I used your contact page to register my issue and you have replied the same day. Thank you
Photos have been sent as requested, which include the expiry date clearly stamped on the crimp of the tube. Normal practice for such items.
Thank you

What excellent service.
Haven't dealt with Whysocheap before, but, wow, I will be using again and recommending.
I was a bit concerned when an item we purchased was defective (manufacturing fault). I emailed with images of the fault and received a response within an hour. They agreed to resend a new product and would check it first. Really appreciate the no-stress solving of my problem, despite it being a small order. Many thanks and all the best :)

Great price, arrived promptly and can I just say, whomever is doing the packaging and wrapping there must’ve worked at Selfridges before, as it’s next level neat!

Knife is so sharp, excellent product and service.

Ordered several small Christmas gift presents, cheap and cheerful I thought but to my surprise the products and service has been wonderful. Everything ordered arrived safely and very quickly, well packed and on the day stated. Have had one or two real nightmares this Christmas with deliveries - not this company who used Fedex who again were brilliant. Highly recommend. Only wish they had more products to sell.

Bought 25 face masks on whysocheap, they seem to be selling one of my favourite face masks that's been discontinued everywhere else, bought another 27 :) very happy with the fast delivery, look forward to my next batch & WILL DEFINITELY be back for more 🤩

Only thing I would say is, getting tracking info on the parcel would be great, so I could keep updated along the way 📦📍

Without a doubt 5 ⭐ The Service from Adam is as everyone else observes, first class! Nothing is too much trouble, he’s there to help in anyway that he can.
My Order arrived quick as a flash and was what I expected.
Many thanks 🤩 Will be placing another order soon.

Great deals to be had. Trustworthy website. Quick and very good communications with Adam. Highly trusted. The review is unprompted and a true reflection of the purchasing experience had.

Very happy especially my two puppies loving the toys there new leads are perfect I tell everybody 👌

Top notch products at rock bottom prices. What’s not to love? I often find myself buying things I hadn’t even realised I needed. Delivery is swift, and everything is always well packaged.

Excellent buys

I’ve bought several things from this website like a portable air conditioner, a cast iron griddle, a robot vacuum. I look at it like the middle aisle of the internet, things I didn’t realise I wanted. All delivered promptly, no hassle, will order again.

Purchased a few items, all delivered very fast and brilliant. Will happily use again.

I have ordered various things from this site over time, such as a firepit, knives, small tools, amongst other things. My most recent purchase was for a portable a/c unit.

Whenever I have purchased anything it has been delivered on the date advised and is exactly as described. It can be concerning sometimes why you find something at a big discount as to whether or not it's genuine.

I'll will continue to use this site, the problem is when you see such bargains you end up buying things you don't need! Oh well...!

Great value, great service. What's not to love?

Great site. Products advertised are high quality and excellent price. I’ve ordered multiple items and everything has been spot on. Would 100% recommend.

I recently bought an air conditioner from Whysocheap.co.uk, and it's been a game-changer for beating the heat this summer. Great price, and great quality, and the website made finding what I needed a breeze. If you're after products without the hefty price tag, this is the place

I was initially concerned about the low prices, but there was no compromise on quality. They offer fantastic brands at unbeatable prices with no hidden catches. I've purchased several items from them, including a robot vacuum, steak knives, CBD, and cutting boards. Each item was brand new, in its original manufacturer’s box, and in perfect condition. Their communication is excellent, and deliveries are always timely and hassle-free. I will definitely continue to shop with them. Highly recommended!
