English Country Life Anmeldelser

I had a great experience with English Country Life, they went above and beyond to help me with a huge problem I had with my chickens! I highly recommend this extraordinary friendly business.

What amazing service! We watched a Youtube Video that said 'don't hesitate to contact us' so we called the next morning, had two 30 min calls to talk through all our options, bought the items, they came within a week. Then we felt fully supported throughout the build process if we had any questions at all. We are very happy with the end result and it has made a huge difference to us! A real life person giving a full review of options based on our needs - we need more of this in life. We fully recommend.

The website was easy to use with clear pricing.

The website was informative and easy to use. In the course of ordering I needed to contact the company to clarify details of my order and the response was prompt and helpful.

Amazing company… I love their advice on YouTube, and I found them to be the cheapest on the market for the automatic chicken coop door opener. The delivery was super fast and everything was easy. Would 100% use again.

Absolutely brilliant customer care and a fantastic and ethical company. Hugh called me due to an email I sent after buying one of their products just to make sure I was happy with the model and show me the alternative which I hugely appreciated. Their videos are so informative and I couldn't recommend them more!

We are very new to chicken keeping , in fact total beginners , the advise & information we got from English Country Life was imo excellent & made simple to understand. We purchased our entire set up from ECL.... Coop ,automatic door opener , run , & feeders & drinkers & were very impressed with the quality of everything we got...very friendly & easy to talk to the service & postage was fast & efficient.... watch their series of video's on YT..I will definitely be using ECL for any future purchases , information , or advice & would very highly recommend you do the same ...

I ordered the Chick'A® 8-chicken coop and the chicken guard pro auto opener on the 22/8/26 and received both by 26/8/26 not only was I impressed with the speed of the delivery but with the chicken guard pro auto opener Hugh from English Country Life included from his own stock a pack of 4 nuts, bolts and washers free of charge as the coop is plastic and bolts would be more secure than the screws provided. Plus both items were cheaper than anyone else online .
10/10 👍

Great customer service. Phoned me within a couple of minutes after I emailed with a query, and sent out replacement parts the same evening via first class post. Many thanks!

Great customer service. Quick delivery. Had a fault with a product- NOT English Country Lifes fault. They answered all emails and dealt with quickly and let me know as soon as new part was being sent out. Would definitely use again in the future. Thank you

Fiona and Hugh were a BIG help when it came to finally choosing our new coop! They really invested time to answer my questions thoroughly and provide suggestions from their mountains of knowledge on keeping chickens.

I am so appreciative and impressed by their genuine care to support people, I can 100% recommend.

Nestera Lodge Large - Great robust product. easy to construct and will be great for our new flock. Communication was clear and quick during the ordering process and the coop was delivered on the advised date. Cannot fault. Thank you very much.

Excellent, helpful advice over the telephone with Hugh at English Country Life which enabled us to make the right decision as to which chicken coop was best for us.
Good updates about delivery date.
