It all started on a little island Jersey to be precise – that lovely spot between England and France (the one that’s famous for its cows). In 1981 some clever holidaymakers stopped sending postcards home and started sending carnations instead. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home. Now we spread joy far and wide It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches – from lush lilacs to vintage roses, although we have to confess we still have a soft spot for carnations. Delivering joy to people is definitely the best job around, so we work really hard at it. We’re rated excellent on TrustPilot and we want it to stay that way! Poor quality bouquet, not as described
Such a shame. I was an original customer in the early 80s but so sad, my Mothersday order of a rose dream 60% more roses, the picture still advertises about 12-14 cream and pink roses. My mum received a white bouquet 4 white roses and some mums, a thistle. I complained and got a pretty standard reply and a request for a photo. I couldn’t do that at the time and I wasn’t going to upset my Mum. I requested a refund for the flowers and they did indeed say they would refund.

missed the date!
The failure to deliver for my Aunts wedding Anniversary was a great disapointment. for X2 Days we were expecting delivery and was told twice they had been left - in shed, or handed over. neither scan info was correct. However, the customer support team were very good and did get a replacement of sorts sent out to her.

Mothers Day Flowers
Purchased some flowers for my Mum for Mother’s Day, she called me when they arrived to say how magnificent they looked and how pleased she was with them. She also informed me that there were so many she had to use two vases!!

Love shopping with Flying Flowers
I’ve loved shopping with Flying Flowers for years, and the recipients of the flowers have always been happy. Only scoring 4 instead of 5 stars as this time round I didn’t get any email updates that my orders were on their way to the recipients, so assuming there was a missing link with the couriers as I had no update of delivery status either.

Not straightforward
Was told I'd receive DPD email and tracking information on day of delivery but didnt. Delivered to back door of house so receiver was unaware flowers had been delivered. Unsure I'd use this company again.
