Ordered 2x bunches of cut flowers for Mother's Day. Got an email in the morning of Mother's Day to say they didn't have the ones ordered but were sending potted roses instead. I replied, asking for either different cut flowers or a delayed delivery of the ones chosen. I was told that they couldn't do any alternatives as they were out for delivery, we just had to accept what they had decided to send. Never using this company again!

Great campsite, great location, great staff. Loved the old land rover climbing frame!
I was worried as we ended up arriving later than the billed 8pm cut off but they were really understanding and welcoming. Great idea to link group bookings so you can pay separately but you can allocate space nearby. I liked the eco recycling ethos too, shame it has to be patrolled!
Fabulous to have a tea coffee hut on site, and open early! Real shame the hot breakfast man forgot his card machine or we'd have had those too!
