It all started on a little island Jersey to be precise – that lovely spot between England and France (the one that’s famous for its cows). In 1981 some clever holidaymakers stopped sending postcards home and started sending carnations instead. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home. Now we spread joy far and wide It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches – from lush lilacs to vintage roses, although we have to confess we still have a soft spot for carnations. Mother's Day flowers; arrived on time, looked a bit tired as they cem out of the box but perked up well the following morning. Still blooming today!

I have used Flying Flowers for years…
I have used Flying Flowers for years and have had great results. They deliver the flowers always on time and they are always fresh. The quality of the flowers and plants are excellent.

Good service
Good service. Have used them a couple of times now and everything spot-on. Glad they use DPD because they seem to be one of the better delivery companies at least in our town.

MIs-delivery by DPD
The flowers were a special birthday gift for a family member, and I am told that the flowers were beautiful.
However, they were lucky to receive them as DPD delivered them to the wrong address,
I had paid the extra delivery cost to ensure that the flowers arrived in the morning; they were finally delivered at 6.45 pm, by 'someone'... a kind local resident maybe?
I like that Flying Flowers can provide UK grown blooms, which I ordered, but I am not impressed with the delivery. Not good enough.

The fact that the delivery was in the stated time period. Since receiving the flower my aunt has passed away, and the flowers cheered her up greatly.

Delivery of the Rosé plant
As the rosé plant was for my mum for mother's day I got updated in the morning as too when it would be delivered, as mum is disabled and slow at walking the person delivering left it where mum could easily pick it up. I messaged mum to let her know time it was coming so she knew who would be at the door, my sister sent me a photo of the rosé plant and it was beautiful, the delivery is always so good that's why I get them all the time thank you.

Amazing supply & service!
Was so pleased to hear back from recipient how delighted they were with the flowers. They were genuinely impressed! I was also interested to get detailed progress reports from Flying Flowers and their delivery courier about where and when yhe flowers were on their journey. Amazingly a photo showing their safe and timely arrival! Very, very pleased and will definitely use this supplier/courier combination again! Professional and punctual plus amazing value! Plant arrangement was completely…
Plant arrangement was completely destroyed inside the box . Recipient had to remove all debris and make up a new arrangement. Compost and assorted bulbs were in a heap inside the box.

Not what you ordered? Tough! Again!
Ordered 2x bunches of cut flowers for Mother's Day. Got an email in the morning of Mother's Day to say they didn't have the ones ordered but were sending potted roses instead. I replied, asking for either different cut flowers or a delayed delivery of the ones chosen. I was told that they couldn't do any alternatives as they were out for delivery, we just had to accept what they had decided to send. Never using this company again!

Excellent Customer Service
Although the flowers arrived in poor condition, my complaint was addressed immediately, and an apology and full refund were given within an hour. Therefore, due to this excellent customer service, I would use them again and recommend them to friends, as I am of the opinion that any future problem would be addressed immediately.

Unfortunate delivery
Well, firstly, if I could have got in touch with the company via a human, I would have been able to inform you that no one would be available to accept the flowers as the recipient had died. My Mum had died! I could not tell you to hang on, to re-deliver or divert delivery. A reply from your ‘chat-bot’ said to wait up to 5 days for a reply.
All it would have taken is a person, human being to respond!

The photo that I received of the flowers sent looked a lot less than the photographed item.
Also the checkout was difficult to navigate.
I could use the discount MUMSGIFT but couldn't add on the free chocolates code.
