I bought some products and they took a long time to arrive; they only shipped them after I asked, and two of the items sent were from a different brand than the one I ordered.

NOT GOOD
Communication takes forever, wait days for reply, that's if you get one. Order did not arrive, though text said it had and had been signed for, though it had not! Seriously, go elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive notification that your order had been delivered and signed for when this wasn’t the case.
During our working hours, our team aims to respond to customer enquiries within an hour wherever possible. However, when an issue involves a courier investigation, we are reliant on DX providing us with the relevant information and updates before we can give you an accurate response. Unfortunately, the timescale of these investigations is outside of our direct control.
We will always continue to chase the courier on a customer’s behalf and provide an update as soon as we receive further information.
We’re sorry that the communication felt slow on this occasion and for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery and that the items arrived damaged. We completely understand the frustration, particularly after already waiting longer than expected for your order.
We can see that you have since been in contact with our team and the damaged product has been replaced. While unfortunately damage can occasionally occur during transit, we will always do our best to resolve any issues once they are brought to our attention.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope everything is now as it should be with your replacement.
Excellent price and service

Good range of flooring
A good range of flooring and adhesives, and favourable prices. Prior to ordering I phoned to find out which of the numerous adhesives would be most suitable for the vinyl I chose. Good communication regarding delivery, however DPD were not so communicative and I had to wait in an extra day for my order to arrive. We hired a professional to fit the vinyl, he found the recommended adhesive unsuitable (lumpy) and resorted to spray adhesive which did the job.

Hi Karenne,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are glad you were happy with our range and pricing, but we’re sorry to hear about the delivery confusion and the issue with your adhesive. We don’t use DPD for our deliveries, so we’ll look into what’s happened there. For any delivery or product issues, please feel free to get in touch with us, we are happy to help!

Thank you for your feedback.
We are very sorry for the delay and for the confusion around stock availability. We do not show stock on our website, and we can only estimate delivery time frames due to issues like this one.
However, we will be reviewing how our stock updates are communicated to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’re glad your order arrived quickly once dispatched, and we really appreciate your patience.
