Horrible experience while dealing with fights mojo customer care, which I connected to several time they give commitment in air to solve the issue but at the end you left with same issue which you have and they really don't care expect giving you fake promises and commitment.

A charge showed up on my credit card for a flight I didn’t book and impossible to get through to them on the phone. I wrote several emails and got a form reply that they’d received it, but never followed up with me.

(Also in reading other reviews on this site, they appear to be fake. My son also was ripped off by them in a different transaction.)

I want morning flight but they have put wrong timing and now they are refunding from us

At first, I was happy that our roundtrip ticket costs were less than what it would have cost us if we booked it directly with Delta Airlines. Then, two weeks before we were about to leave for Cancun, our flights were miraculously canceled. We paid $1,257.00 which included Flight Mojo's fee of $384.00. We ended up buying another set of tickets thru Delta and requested for Flight Mojo's fee to be reimbursed back to us. This was in October 2024. To date, they have not refunded their fee back to our credit card. I have been calling and trying to connect with Rick White, but to no avail. I felt that we got scammed by Flight Mojo.

I booked Akasa air for travelling from port Blair to chennai. Due to my leg fracture, I couldn’t travel. Hence I raised a cancellation and refund. Due to their bulk booking, I cannot cancel the tickets in Akash air or in flight mojo. I have to call them multiple times till 2 days before the travel for all the passenger names to be updated. Apart from that, there is no email or WhatsApp communication. Hence I am frustrated and reach them back and forth both Alasa air and Flightsmojo. On top of it, they didn’t give a full refund as the airlines have credited complete amount to flights mojo which they have deducted 2.5K out of it as they promised full refund. Don’t go with Akasa air or flight mojo as none take accountability nor they are interested in providing refund. Horrible and pathetic service.

Flights Mojo provides an extremely poor service. They keep customers hanging for 2-3 hours, claiming they are issuing tickets, only for it to be revealed later that they don’t even have the tickets available! It’s a complete waste of time and money. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable!

So i would like to give David a 5 star cause they solved a big problem, i booked my flight with someone else and they messed with my booking we were travelling from DTW-LAS with my 3 child and wife. Old agency booked with wrong name and wrong date of births. I was afraid to loose lot of money but then we got to know a legit company working from 2012 and have experts. They corrected all names and DOB and they added bags for me in very reasonable price. So happy to be with Flightsmojollc.com

I booked flights with Flights Mojo via another website. Not sure why the connection was made, but I didn’t question it at the time as I was initially quoted some decent flight prices. I received a call from “Rick,” and he proceeded to guide me through the booking process with Copa airlines. After it was all said and done, I was looking at paying approximately $800 more than I’d intended for 4 flights, but I wasn’t complaining. I’ve since needed to cancel the flights, so I contacted Copa directly and they told me my credit would be $750 less than what I paid Flights Mojo. I asked Copa why the discrepancy and they said they were crediting every dollar they received, and they I should follow up with Mojo. I’ve tried over the past 3 months, and have received nothing. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t reply to emails. There is not a doubt in my mind this “business” is a complete scam. Do your self a favor and stay away!

Never granted my paid seat assignment !!!My trip has already started and ended so the seat assignment i paid for was a joke. I had Been trying to get this resolved for over a month before my trip and your customer service is horrible. When I first spoke to someone they said they would refund the amount ( after hanging up on me) then I wrote a review on another platform and Someone did try to call me once but it was at 3am my time. With the amount of emails I sent and phone calls Iv made they never respond or pick up the phone.

And the fact i have Been trying to get this resolved for over a month ( with proof of that) is ridiculous this is still on going.

Run as fast as you can AWAY from this company

They booked 12 passengers on the same PNR, but now I am not able to check-in as it is showing pending money for others. This is a Fraud company. I called them and the are asking to contact airlines, I called airlines, and they are like this is a special fare booking done by an agent and I cannot do anything here. now I have spent the whole airline ticket (which is non-refundable) and don't even have a flight.

Worst experience with my recent booking and customer support team also not very professional.

Great communication from Rick White also very polite and helpful. Very professional.

The price was terrific. And Rick White was super helpful and responsive helping me work through and resolve an issue with the reservation.

I tried to book a flight yesterday on the booking site which directed me to the booking.trips.ca (trips.ca) site. Once I found my flight I was redirected to book on flightsmojo.ca AND flightsmojo.com (both domains are in my history...) After entering my payment information (credit card), when I clicked on: pay. The system just kept going and going, saying that the transaction was in progress. After a while, an error message was displayed saying that the payment had not been made. I tried the same thing 3 more times (My mistake!...) And I ended up booking on the direct site of an airline. Later in the evening I saw 4 trips identified as: pending and not confirmed in my junk mail box. Panicked, I tried to reach them (flightsmojo) several times by phone. No answer or answering machine. There was also a link to facebook, I intended to send a message but this site does not exist... I ended up sending an email. Today, return call from flightsmojo. They do not admit that there was a problem with their site. I am offered to cancel 3 of my reservations but that they will send me the ticket for the 4th. I explain that it is their fault so I booked with another wholesaler. I am threatened to either pay $75 US to cancel the 4th or they will issue 4 tickets and charge me for all 4 (i.e. for an amount exceeding $1500 US). Do NOT trust this site.

Absolutely awful .They don’t have realtime connection to Airlines for a flight from the US to Columbia .They now have my Credit Card information and are 100% scammers .The Rich White is a probably a Gupta or Sahib .
Their Customer Service works only every other day .I will file a complaint with all necessary Agencies for Identy Theft and wire Fraud .Also I will talk with Momondo and Kayak to exclude them

I was also scammed by this company. After reading about similar experiences on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, I've learned that this company has a history of fraudulent activities. I plan to file a complaint with the cyber cell and the police.
I urge anyone who has been affected to join me in raising complaints. If we don’t take action, they will continue to defraud others. Please warn everyone not to book any flights through this company.
