Terrible experience.
I booked a flight from YOW to HND and initially thought everything was confirmed. Then I got a call from them asking to confirm the booking and trying to add checked luggage for an extra $100. I told them I could add luggage at check-in, but they insisted I had to do it through them. I checked online and saw the price was much cheaper elsewhere. When I declined, they said they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee. Even with that fee, I ended up getting a better deal by booking the ticket myself online.

Terrible experience. Made a purchase on flightsmojo.com on Friday at 9:30am. Received an e-mail from flightsmojo.com that said my purchased was being processed and I should receive confirmation from the airline shortly. I did not receive any tickets or communication from flightsmojo.com after several hours so I tried calling their support line. Every time I called I would get an automated message saying that all the agents are busy and call back later. I also e-mailed the support line. After 75 hours after I made the purchase, I finally received a phone call saying that there was an error with my purchase and would I like to look at other options. I told them without a doubt I would not like to proceed further with flightsmojo.

I have booked ticket through Flight Mojo for two set of travellers one passnger in pnr A and 2 passengers in pnr b ( directly with airlines)

Due to unforeseen event we have to cancel the ticket

Pnr b was duly cancelled and refund processed and ceedited in weeks of intimation where as ticket booked with this Flight Mojo India is not cancelled so far even though same docs submitted for flight on same day on same sector and same air craft. They are still not able to resolve the issue after 60 days of intimation.

Later they have responded that passenger was marked as no show 10 days in advance if journey received email that cancellation request is raised for refund and later such response shows how irresponsible travel agent is

I found a great fare on their site, but when I called to book, the price suddenly increased significantly. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The advertised prices are not real — just a way to get you to call. Completely unacceptable and misleading. Won’t be using this agency.

The Refund Assurance add-on on this portal is a classic dark pattern, designed to deceive customers at the point of booking. It pretends to offer "Free Cancellation" like benefit, but in reality, you're being charged just to receive a refund faster — something that should already be your right without extra cost, especially when the airline cancels your flight or in other valid refund scenarios.

The placement of this add-on at the prominent place of the booking page, styled as if it's a benefit, deliberately misleads you into thinking you’re securing a safety net — when in truth, you’re paying for nothing but early access to your own money.

Let’s be honest — who cares if a refund comes in 24 hours or a week when it’s rightfully yours? This tactic preys on fear and urgency, tricking customers into wasting money on a feature that should be standard and free.

Don't fall for it. Speak out. These manipulative practices must stop.

Also this website is nothing more than a plain, basic booking portal — nothing special, nothing extra, and certainly nothing trustworthy. What makes it worse is as i said, the use of dark patterns to trick users during the booking process.

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration with FlightsMojo’s terrible service and lack of accountability. I had booked a flight to Bangalore 20 days in advance, paying ₹7,000 in the hope of saving money and securing my travel plans early. Shockingly, FlightsMojo cancelled my ticket just 4 days before my travel date—without warning, without compensation, and without taking any responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

To make matters worse, I was told that they had “no control” over cancellations and that it was entirely the airline’s issue. If that’s the case, what exactly is your role as a travel booking platform? If you can’t take responsibility for the bookings you facilitate, what service are you even providing?

I was left scrambling to find a last-minute ticket and ended up paying ₹13,000—almost double the original cost. And despite all this, they deducted ₹500 from my original payment as a “service charge” for a service I never received. No empathy, no support, no compensation. Just scripted replies and complete indifference.

This experience was not just inconvenient, it was unacceptable. I will never be using FlightsMojo again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this platform with their travel plans.

Worse experience ever booked a flight from Ranchi to Bangalore for around 6.7k through flight mojo, after selecting the flexible cancellation check box, i didn't get the refund when I connect to the support team then are saying will give 500rs ..

Very Bad Experience There refund policy is very poor it has since more 7 days till now crossed.

More than a month now that the flight was cancelled by the Airline @AirIndiaExpress but still did not get my refund...have been writing email to the @Flightsmojo but it has been of no help still did not get my refund. Customer care agents keep repeating that @AirIndiaExpress is not giving refund to them and hence they cannot provide the refund. The ticket was from Kolkata to Srinagar, that I had to cancel post the Pahalgam incident. Still did not receive the refund.

Its 1 star because there is not an option of 0.
My flight got rescheduled and this was notified to me by flight mojo.
And they are just “sorry”.

There are customer agents who act very rude and are not customer centric. They are actually friendly to company policies. They don’t care about customer Satisfaction and refunds. They don’t even share valid PNR to enable customer to manage booking. If I enter PNR in the airline portal it doesn’t work. Very frustrating , almost fraudulent service. Please avoid at all costs.

Be very careful with this company. I bought a ticket through them for a Spicejet flight, they took the money from my SBI bank account and sent me an email that my booking is currently being processed and that I will get a confirmation email within 30 minutes……
It’s been over 30 hours now and I still haven’t got any email yet!! My flight is tomorrow, and I have been 3 times calling them and waiting at least 45 minutes for my turn to get through, I also wrote them on WhatsApp, and I I get is the same answer: “ We have already escalated the matter to our internal team and the payment gateway for further investigation. Please allow some time for them to review and resolve the issue. We will keep you informed and share any updates as soon as we receive them.”
DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THEM because your flight might never get booked and you might lose your money!

Extremely disappointed with FlightsMojo!
I tired 6 days to cancel my flight on 29th April due to a family emergency (grandmother’s sudden demise) and immediately requested cancellation and refund with valid proof. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, there’s been no response, no refund, no empathy.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I’ll never book through FlightsMojo again and strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Its very terrible, refund process is so much delay and his customer care no is not working. please do not use flightMojo. I think Spice jet Airlines and Flight mojo both are terrible. Spice jet has cancelled flight without intimation and no alternative flight arrangement on the same day.

Terrible Service – Avoid FlightsMojo!

Booked a flight through FlightsMojo and had a terrible experience. They do not answer calls and never reply to emails. Even worse, even when you book individually, they lump you into a group booking without informing you. This made it impossible to make changes directly with the airline. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend using their service to anyone – save yourself the trouble and book directly with the airline instead.

Absolutely horrible experience with FlightsMojo. I booked two SpiceJet tickets through their platform — not only was the ticket delivery delayed after payment, but when I finally received them, my name was not even updated on the airline’s system!

Despite the ticket showing “confirmed,” SpiceJet informed me that without my name in their records, I wouldn’t be allowed to board. I had to follow up multiple times, send emails, and deal with unnecessary stress just to get something that should have been correctly processed in the first place.

FlightsMojo’s negligence could have completely ruined my travel plans. Their support is unresponsive, their systems are unreliable, and they show zero accountability when it comes to fixing their errors. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid booking through FlightsMojo at all costs.

I’m considering legal action and will be escalating this issue to the DGCA and consumer forums. Totally unacceptable.
