Flights Mojo is knowingly deceptive and my two different attempts to book with them yesterday proves this.
1. Booked a flight for $351 for 1 person. There was an error. I immediately called within 5 minutes and they said they already booked with the airline and need to charge me a $50 cancellation fee, which I paid even though I was pretty sure you could cancel without charge with all airlines within 15 to 120 minutes.
2. Booked a flight for 3 people for $497 before #1. They called me 60 minutes later and after I booked and cancelled #1. They said that the $497 flight I bought on their site wasn't actually available and offered me a comparable flight for $127 more per person. They offered extras like assigned seating, a carry on baggage per person, etc. I said I bought the $497 flight, how could they do that. They said they don't charge credit cards right away and there was nothing to cancel if I didn't want to book the more expensive flight.

So, they charged me on #1 even though #2 shows the deception of this. #2 was not ever a real flight I bought on their website and they pulled a bait and switch.

My suggestion is no matter the price, do not buy anything from Flights Mojo. They are just looking for ways to jam you up for whatever extra money they can get from you and will lie to do it.

The most dishonest company ever!!!

Booked my ticket and paid for it.
Two hours later I was told the “free seats” were no longer available and we had to pay $87 dollars extra for “an upgrade”.

He also told us 1 checked bag per person was included.

When we arrived to the airport we had to pay $360 for 3 checked bags and we were seated separately with no “upgrade” whatsoever.

This company is so dishonest, it’s criminal.

NEVER AGAIN. To be avoided like the plague!!!!!!!

These tickets were by far the cheapest for the flight that I was looking for so in this case flight mojo did a great job. However, the price did change a little bit after I made the deal on Wego.com. The customer service from Rick White was excellent and I got my tickets in a timely manner.

Great customer service

I booked the ticket at 11 in the night. Called customer care but it works from 1130a EST. I got super fast response from customer care in the morning and then I got confirmation within few minutes from a nice gentleman Rick White.

the company not is update the price x airlines ticket Until you buy the ticket, then they tell you that that is not the price and they make you buy it at another more expensive price and that if you cancel there is a penalty for bad service.

I had an issue with my flight, but Rick was fast and very helpful!

Only thing I dislike is the prices changed after I reserve it they call me and then they change prices that’s so different than all the flights that I purchased tickets The customer service person it was so it was good. I don’t know if that was his decisions of changing prices that the only dislike.

Guys dont trap in fraud of such scamesters, very soon file a police complain and going to consumer court for the planned cheating they have done with me.
Modesoprenty: first they will show you lower flight rate,then they will give you additional discount on upi payment mode.once payment done they will give increase the rate.and decline the booking.

Worst … Don’t Book from FlightsMojo. Scammers
We paid and booked first class tickets and got confirmation from email for the same but during web checkin we got to know they gave economy ticket and then said nothing can be done now
Beware of these people. We lost money because of them.

Rick White immediately called me after the Aeromexico flight tickets were purchased on flight mojo website and informed us that seats were sold out. He informed other seats available, non-stop, just extra $100, exact same time destination and return with United airlines. We okay’ed with it and waited for few days (over the weekend) We decided to look up flightsmojo reviews and saw lot of negatives on Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and we got nervous that we might be ripped off. I again looked at BBB , bad review posted was like once a month, other bad post once other month. I said to myself flightmojo might be very busy with 500 or 1000 transaction daily so it’s like lotto 10,000:1 bad luck. I looked at Trustpilot reviews and saw average 4.5 out of 5 positive. We sat and waited patiently until Monday. Rick called us and informed us that it is all taken care and sent us etickets. We are much relieved and happy with exact date/time and non-stop roundtrip. It’s like a mature tree full with ripe peaches and only one bad spoiled peach (entitled customer demanding more) dropped on ground that went straight to BBB website while all good peaches are collected from tree and turned them into baked tasty peach pie. So Rick deserves this positive review.

I was looking for 0 or negative review. This is a scammer/ cheating place. I purchased ticket on 14 August 2024. After payment made a e-mail came said Ticket processing. I waited a day no ticket was issued. Searched their website found they are operating this cheating from India. I called 100's time no one received call. I send so many e-mail. Same reply ticket processing. Waited 2 days could not found anyone to talked about ticket. Never received ticket. This was a scammer. I bought ticket from another agent took me 1 min.

Ricky White was helpful finding me a good deal. I appreciate his help.

He is honest, cooperative and untestable person.
I very much appreciate for his and airline service.
I'll consider Flights Mojo and Rick both to my friends and contacts for future air ticket booking.
