Amazing service, fast turnaround.
Got in contact with flight centre regards a last min Valentines weekend break. Managed to speak with Melanie who has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. Considering this was only for a two night stay and hotel only, i feel like she really went to town on making sure i knew all of the best options available. Did speak to a couple of other companies first, all of whom were somewhat dismissive. Will almost certainly be back again. thanks again Mel!

Our trip to South Africa was one to remember, and that was all down to the fantastic help and advise we received from the lovely Melanie. We didn't have to think or worry about the planning or logistics, everything was arranged within a couple of hours with transfers for our family of four. Sophie has been professional
Sophie has been professional, helpful, and polite throughout all the communication we have had. She has kept me informed, and been very patient with my ever changing itinerary. If she hasn't been able to answer any of my (many) questions, she has gone away and come back to me with the answer in a very timely manner. She has been a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend her enough.

Trip to Auckland - Amazing!
We had Amy from the Romford branch help us with a trip to Auckland involving layovers. She was amazing, we gave her a list of ideal timings, companies and layover times, and she came back with some great options for us to choose from. She talked us through booking and was so helpful.

The flight Centre has been amazing from start to finish for our fantastic Christmas safari holiday in Kenya.
