For the past several years, we have returned to Mel at Flight Centre to help organise and book our holidays, including trips to Europe, backpacking through Scandinavia, and our honeymoon in Africa. We feel like Mel understands what we want from a holiday, even when we are not sure ourselves.

On our most recent trip, there was an issue with our accommodation, and Mel quickly sorted it out so we could focus on enjoying our holiday.

It was time for another trip to Melbourne Australia. I have previously arranged my travel with the Flight Centre in Romford where arrangements had been made for me by a very efficiently Melanie Hill.
On calling in at the Flight Centre I was delighted to see that Mel was still a key operator behind the desk so I waited for her to become free and then asked her to arrange my forthcoming trip.
Being of a larger frame I tend to seek Business class for such a long flight and Mel set about options open to me, the fares presented to me had increased a little which I had expected Mel presented to me a number of options showing flights and timings, everything look fine Mel had done a great job however when I asked for seat allocation Mel explained that the options presented were on a new fare system called a saver fare and as such had removed seat allocation unless further payment was made and also that if I required entry into the airport lounge that was also a further costs. Sadly I had to turn down Mel’s options and asked her to seek further choices with seat and lounge access included in the overall flight as I had had on previous flights to Melbourne . Mel smiled and began further searches which eventually arrived at a suitable flights which I then accepted.
I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Mel for all of her assistance in arranging my flights, she did so in a very professional and pleasant manner, she persevered until she had met my wishes even though I wasn’t the easiest of customers to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for her. Well done young lady you are a star.

We have been booking with Melanie for a number for years. Booking our flights to Australia and the USA . She is an excellent listener and able to understand and fully meet our requirements.

As soon as I was at the entrance, someone called me in with a smile. I got seen by Mel, who has the most wonderful attitude. She listened to what I needed and sorted it out in no time within my budget and at an affordable price, despite of the dates I wanted for my flights which were only two weeks ahead. I have just returned from a 3 week holiday in British Columbia organised by Sophie Curtis. From the start Sophie was professional and friendly offering advice and guidance in answering my queries. Sophie kept me informed of changes - a change to a connecting flight was a bit stressful but Sophie went out of her way to seek guidance from the Hotel in BC and to allay my concerns - and issued regular reminders. Needless to say everything went smoothly without any problems

Sophie Curtis at Flight Centre had the task of getting return only tickets to my wife in the Philippines.
She pulled this off with great professionalism and patience. I can’t give her praise high enough.
