The gents are brilliant
The gents who attended the property did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well afterwards. Unfortunately one of the windows top latch was faulty, less than 24 hours later someone came out to assess the window. We were hesitant to use the company as we saw some negative reviews but the service, the job completed was brilliant. We defo would recommend - charlie

Excellent customer service
Fitter Windows has been excellent throughout, and I genuinely feel they are the kind of company I would return to in the future based on the customer experience and the personal yet professional approach of their team.
I was initially a little sceptical about using Fitter Windows as they are not one of the larger national companies. Before making a decision, I did my homework by reading reviews and checking Companies House. I was reassured by what I found and decided to get in touch with their team.
One of the advantages of working with a smaller company is that they take the time to get to know you and genuinely care about you as a customer, rather than treating you as just another sales target. The salesperson who visited was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products in detail. He was clearly passionate about what he was selling, which gave me confidence in both the product and the company.
The installation itself was excellent. There was a small issue with one of the windows where the leaded squares did not quite line up with an existing window. Before I had even mentioned it, the fitter spotted the problem himself and arranged for replacements to be ordered. The corrected units were fitted the following week without any hassle.
Alongside the windows, I also had the front of the house reclad. Unfortunately, some of the cladding was marked during installation. I contacted Andy, who came out personally to inspect the issue. He agreed that it needed putting right and arranged for a team to return. The team were fantastic and replaced the damaged cladding without any problems.
Andy, the sales team and the fitters were exceptional throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their commitment to making sure I was happy with the finished result. Whenever an issue arose, they took ownership of it and went above and beyond to put things right.
I would not hesitate to recommend Fitter Windows to others. In fact, I still have more windows to replace in the future, and when the time comes, they will be my first call.

Veka Omnia WindowFitters- the best windows on the market
We installed 8 Veka Omnia acoustic glass windows. Kevin the sales person arrived and did very professional offer for us without any pressure - answered patiently one thousand questions that I asked him over three weeks. I then proceeded with the front of the house. The installers came in April and did brilliant job. The windows are perfect and we liked them very much, so we decided to do the back of the house as well. The second lot of installers came today (May) and they were very professional. Andy took good care of installation, glazing and everything else. Also, we got all our certificates. After the second lot Tyleri took care of everything, very kind and helpful.
I would recommend both the company and the windows to anyone; I am an engineer and I spent plenty of time considering the other options and this one is the best. The house is now very very quiet.

Fantastic service & great value, highly recommend!
We recently had all our windows and doors replaced by Fitter Windows, and we couldn't be happier. Kevin, who provided the quote, was great to deal with, no sales pressure, just a competitive price and helpful communication throughout.
Installation was quicker than expected, starting just four weeks after paying our deposit and completed in three days, including two tricky bay windows. The installers were professional, friendly, and did a high-quality job. A window pane was accidentally damaged during fitting which we understand can happen, but it was replaced within a week and we really appreciated the quick turn around.
Overall, fantastic service, great value, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My experience with the window fitters.
Fitters turn up on time and the windows were fitted quite professionally and efficiently. All working sites were left clean and tidy. However, a second visit was necessary to fitt an extractor fan by a different fitter, all was resolved on 23 /4/26. I have no complaints regarding any of the fitters.

We also appreciate your patience regarding the follow-up visit for the extractor fan. While we always aim to complete everything in one go, occasionally a return visit is needed to make sure every detail is finished properly. I’m glad to hear this was resolved for you and that everything is now completed to your satisfaction.

A happy experience from beginning to end.
The salesman at the beginning was pleasant and not too overbearing, the surveyor made sure everything was 100% accurate and the fitters were extremely hard working and polite.
All rubbish was cleared away and we are very happy with our finished product.
Only reason I didn't give five stars was for minor issues;
The salesman told us we had to sign up straight away to get the price quoted so we wernt able to find other quotes to compare to. It seems to me, if you're that confident with your product and price you wouldn't mind customers comparing quotes.
Also, fitters were a couple of hours late one day but they got the job done so not really a problem.
Would recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review — it’s genuinely appreciated.
We’re really pleased to hear that, overall, you had a positive experience from start to finish and that the team looked after you properly. It’s great to know the survey was thorough, the installation team worked hard, and everything was left clean and tidy — that’s exactly the standard we aim for on every job.
We also value the honest feedback around the points you’ve raised.
Regarding the quotation, we completely understand your perspective. The pricing structure we offer can sometimes be linked to time-limited funding, deposit options, and area-based incentives, which is why our team may explain that certain figures are only available at the time of the visit. That said, your feedback is fair — we never want anyone to feel rushed, and we’ll certainly take this on board to make sure this is communicated more comfortably and transparently.
In terms of the delay on the day, we are sorry for that. While we always aim to arrive on time, installations can occasionally run over due to the nature of the work. We’re glad to hear the team still delivered the job to a high standard and that it didn’t impact your overall experience too much.
Thank you again for your recommendation — it means a lot to us as a growing local business. If there’s ever anything further we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The installation was quick and the windows look brilliant, there is an immediate difference to the amount of outdoor sound being let it in which is great. I've done 4 stars simply because I've only had them for one day, so will up date as time goes on. But so far so good and would recommend!
