Great service provided by the fishpools team.
The 4 delivery men turned up, walked on the path, not across the muddy grass like most people! They then laid down a runner for them to walk on before they carried any chairs through. The table was extremely heavy, but they were so careful when using the dolly to bring it through the house. They cleared away all rubbish and were very careful throughout the whole process. Great service provided by the fishpools team.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the storage design of your new ottoman bed.
Following your conversation with our Customer Services team, we would like to clarify that the ottoman bed you purchased does not include base boards within the storage compartment. This is the standard design of the model displayed in our showroom, and we can confirm that the bed delivered matches the bespoke order placed and signed for.
We appreciate that you had expected a different storage arrangement and understand your disappointment. However, as the bed has been supplied in accordance with your order and its intended design, we are unable to offer an exchange on this basis.
Kind regards,
Fishpools

A mark of a good company is how they handle matters when things don’t go to plan. Unfortunately a decorative item I ordered was not received as expected. Fishpools came up with a speedy solution and managed to resolve matters as best they could, which I am very happy with. I would use them again if they come up on my feed when I am looking for something a little special. Thanks to the manager concerned (sorry I didn’t take your name).

Great service from Fishpools (as always). We were contacted the day before delivery and given a 2 hour delivery slot. They arrived on time, which really helped us plan our day. They set up the power recliner features and checked everything was working correctly. They removed all packaging before leaving. Very happy with the delivery.
