Our delivery was excellent, Desmond and Paul were very polite and knowledgeable, they put together and set up our very heavy table and chairs with ease and cleared all rubbish away!
We were very happy with everything, thank you boys.

Compared to other delivery services, this was better than most. Items brought to our door on the fourth floor.

We purchased a dining room large table and were very impressed with the choices available to us. Neil was very knowledgeable on the styles,sizes and variety of options. Never once looking at an iPad for information unlike most stores. Even had a tape measure available to check the sizes and was very patient showing us several options.
We agreed a date for delivery and look forward to our table. Very impressed with the value for money and quality of options.

My delivery from Fishpool arrived promptly, on time allocated to me. When Mark & Neil entered my property they first made sure they covered my floor and front door to protect it from any knocks.

They were both very polite, friendly and professional and made sure they cleared up after assembling my dining table, coffee table and sideboard.

Been a customer for years . Beware car parking charge of 3.00 for 4 hours . Totally disgusting and goes to fish pools directly . If you don’t pay a 100 fine . So an hour browsing is 3.00 . Won’t ever return to this shop and lost my families custom as well. Won’t ever buy from them now . No main in box either

We came across Fishpools for the first time when we visited Fenwicks in Brent Cross and what a great find! The furniture is of high quality and Anjana was extremely helpful in showing us all the dining sets and talked us through all the options that are available. She gave us so much time and explained everything so clearly. A wonderful experience!

I have recently ordered a tv unit which took over 8 weeks to arrive. The website indicated 4 weeks for order and delivery. I was later told they subcontract shipment which extends delivery times. The tv unit delivered is faulty with an obvious manufacturing fault whereby holes for fixings do not align.

I now have to wait a further 2-4 weeks for a replacement of the tv unit that was a considerable price.

Fishpools should quality check their furniture that is significantly priced.

The customer service team are rude and do not offer any compensation for the poor quality service provided.

I purchased a display unit from Fishpools last year, and the entire experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. The item arrived with broken parts, and when their team came to “fix” it, they actually caused further damage.

Since then, I’ve been left waiting indefinitely for a replacement part that has still not arrived, rendering the unit completely unusable. Months have passed with no proper resolution.

The level of service has been extremely poor—disorganised, unprofessional, and frankly dismissive. Communication has been impolite and unhelpful throughout. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.

We were served/looked after by David Short. He was fantastic - obliging, knowledgeable, properly paid attention to what we wanted, patient, didn’t pressurise at all, and really entertaining - such a laugh! He found us exactly what we needed plus more. The ranges on display plus all the available options at Fishpools seem to be unlimited, and we had a very enjoyable afternoon there thanks to David!!

Visited Fishpools today to buy 2 Sofas and it was an excellent experience. Everybody I came into contact with was very very friendly. 3 sales people helped me, Paul Nicolaou, Steve H and David D, such friendly and helpful people, very different atmosphere from The Fishpools of old. Nothing was too much trouble for these boys, and purchasing was a lot of fun. I also bought from another department 9 cushions served by Belinda who went the extra mile to find them all for me - lovely lady. A very successful winning team all round.
