On our visit to Gas Centre Bradford,we were met by a really welcoming and helpful salesman Murty who showed us around the showroom explaining in great detail all the workings and functions of the fires,with all the information he gave us,we decided then to purchase the Firez 1500 deepline fire,which is now Installed and looks absolutely stunning,the fire makes our living room look really cosy giving a warm glow,so realistic and with a choice of different light settings.We would highly recommend this company without hesitation due to their professionalism in the service provided to us.

In our circumstances. Harry was really supportive and extended the deal we didn’t lose a deposit and sadly we are still in a difficult situation so Harry arranged to return our deposit the next day. An awesome chap and honourable too.

We want to say a massive thankyou to murty and his team, we love our new media wall and our new fire. A 5 star to Simon and russ for the build, they listened to everything we wanted and worked hard to achieve it they were polite and professional. Thankyou to our plaster Darren he did a great job. Would highly recommend the whole team.

From the get go, visiting the showroom where Murtazar took time and explained the various showpieces to visiting my house and explained what would be most suited. Once the date was arranged, Mohamed and his team did an excellent job and even advised on how to maintain the media wall and explained the control features for the fireplace. They all remained professional until the very end and provided exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend:-)

Our experience of using Fireplace saver has been nothing but first class. From Murty at the showroom, who has managed the process brilliantly from our first meet to regular communication that put us at ease over every step of the way. Karl the media wall fitter has been brilliant the standard of work is fantastic he has made the whole experience spot on. Darren the plasterer is with us today. I have full confidence with him after the service we have had so far. We know that we will be delighted with the finished product it looks brilliant already. . Plus the price was really good too. Im so pleased with my new media wall! Ive never really done anything like this so I didn't really know what to expect, but im so happy with it, cant stop looking at it! Thanks to Karl our fitter, and Harry in the office for organising and helping make everything come together! Was such an easy process, highly recommend!

Had a media wall fitted a few months back, I was really stressing about it as I thought it was going to be a nightmare. It was by far the easiest project I’ve done! Looks absolutely amazing, Mo and team have done a great job! Harry is very helpful in the office too.

We were very nervous about using this company which appeared on my Facebook page so we went to visit the showroom in Bradford. Murty talked us through our options and was very knowledgeable and helpful there was no sales pressure. The job was completed this week. Karl was brilliant, he talked us through our options worked like a trooper all day and cleared up after himself. Darren the plaster was great too. Both guys were punctual and professional. I contacted fire place saver enquiring about a media wall and built in fire project.
Being a completed novice in this field I found everybody I spoke to knowledgeable and really helpful in finding out what I was looking for and offering me solutions.
Because it was a big project I did have a few nerves but the installation could not have gone smoother, the fitters were polite and really good guys and left no mess.
Amazing company and have already recommended to friends and family.

Was looking for a media wall for a while and then I came across these Fireplace Saver.

From start to finish it was a really great experience. Harry talked me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. The fitter (Simon) was very good too and completed the job in a timely manner. Although I had to wait an extra day for the plasterer, this was sorted quickly and I am very happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend these guys!
