Brilliant customer service and installation from start to finish , concerned as pricing so reasonable but not to worry as quality of media wall, fire & fitters was outstanding

My husband contacted this company (originally dealt with Harry) & explained what we would like - all contact was made either by WhatsApp and phone - my husband sent photos of the wall via WhatsApp as we don't live in the area.
The media wall was fitted by Karl on the agreed date who did a fantastic job on fitting our media wall. He kept checking with us that we were happy with the frame work he was doing before going on to the next step and was more than happy to tweak if needed.
Darren did a fantastic job of the plastering and the job was completed as agreed.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough for the service we received from them.

After looking at various companies. I came across fireplace saver and I’m so glad I did. They were super helpful on the phone and the fitter Mo was great and gave me options regarding design, we are really pleased with our media wall now it’s fitted

Cannot recommend this company highly enough…began speaking with them Sept last year ahead of a house move and today, we have the living room makeover that we wanted although the finished product far exceeds our expectations. The two fitters today, Simon and Russ worked tirelessly for 10 hours to complete the job in one day and the standard of work is of the highest order.

From start to finish FireplaceSaver were superb great customer service, the hand built fires are excellent and the Media wall install guys are second to none highly impressed with their skills, cleanliness and overall professionalism.
I would highly recommend the whole process to anyone.

From initial contact with Harry the sales person to the completed project has been flawless. Harry was so helpful identifying the size of the fire and what size TV would look the best for the size of the wall. Payment was easy,straight forward and secure. The installation day arrived and Simon and Russ arrived to install the media wall, these guys are a credit to the company as they were so polite and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them even when we made a minor change to the design they smiled and got on with it. They cleared up every evening and even went to the trouble of helping me set up the TV and soundbar. Day 3 arrived and unfortunately Daz the plasterer was so poorly we have to put the work back a day. Day 4 saw a poorly Daz arrive to ensure the work was completed in time to meet the planned follow up works. Daz is an extremely good plasterer and again nothing was too much trouble the work has been completed as planned and we are so happy we decided to go with fireplace saver. I would highly recommend them.

Have just had media wall unit installed tv/fire place. Cannot express what a great job that has been done by Karl the fitter and Darren the plasterer great friendly guys and cleaned up after them, not that they made much mess.

Downloaded a brochure one evening as was considering a media wall. Received a sales call and my queries were answered. I didn’t want a large one or much of my room taken up.
The phone call provided me with answers to my queries and measurements so we booked for installation.
The guys were great. Clearly knew exactly what the were doing and did a very professional job.
Can’t find a fault to be fair even if I tried.

We had been thinking of having a media wall for a while now. I contacted them and Harry was good. Went through the options and was really patient 🤣 we arranged for work to start this week after ordering the bracket for the TV. Karl got in touch the night before to run through what to expect for fitting. He arrived Wednesday morning. He worked hard Wednesday and Thursday despite not feeling well. I kept him topped up with coffee and bacon sarnies. He finished Thursday and nipping back on Monday. Darren arrived this morning as promised to plaster! They have both done a fabulous job! Nice guys to work with and delivered as promised! Well done guys!

This company is excellent. From my initial discussions to the superb tradesmen who completed the work, everything was great. The guys arrived on time, worked tirelessly with expertise, cleaned up and produced a media wall with fire that was exactly what I wanted. Could not be more pleased.

Answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner . The fitters were extremely respectful of my carpets and floors by putting down plastic sheets, they also moved the furniture.

I recently had a media wall and fire fitted by Fire Saver and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results. The team were really nice from start to finish – friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free.

The quality of the work is brilliant and the finish looks amazing in my living room. Everything was done neatly and exactly how I wanted it. They kept everything tidy and checked with me throughout to make sure I was happy.

I have been dealing with this company for almost 5 years and they always do as much as they can to help. They always respond in a timely manner and go above and beyond to help or answer any questions I have had.

The guys that fitted the fireplace/ media wall were super efficient. They never stopped working all day and cleaned up as they carried out the installation. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service provided from start to completion.
