We have just had a media wall with fire installed. The whole process from start to finish was fab. Excellent communication from fireplacesaver and Ben was very helpful.
I didn’t catch the fitters name but he did a fab job and the whole fit didn’t take long at all (2 half days) I would 100% recommend fireplacesaver if your thinking about getting a media wall installed.

Could not be happier….. Mo and company could not have done a better job.

I asked for a custom build did some designs and they followed to the letter…

Doubt be in doubt, trust the reviews…..

Found this gem of a company online. Easy to deal with with great customer service. Construction of media wall was carried out by Barry Evan's Joinery supported by Alan (Electrician) and Stevie & Fraser (Plasterers). Couldn't recommend all 4 highly enough - excellent work, punctual, professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home as they were so respectful of our home. Could not recommend highly enough

I had a media wall installed yesterday. Everything from start to finish was absolutely brilliant! From ordering to installing was so easy. Harry who helped me pick the fire etc was so down to earth and knowledgeable. Mo and the team who installed it were the best! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 👏👍 WELL DONE!

This company are amazing and would highly recommend anyone wanting a media wall to use this company. Harry you are a credit especially when I had doubts about the media wall not being what I wanted to Mo who installed it and rectifying any changes. Mo and his workmate worked very hard. From initial contact to installation nothing was too much trouble for these guys. My media wall is amazing and exactly what I wanted thanks to Harry and the price was very competitive.

Excellent customer service. Media wall, electrics and fire all fitted seamlessly. Guys worked very hard and had the best formula for a professional installation. They also worked with our TV company and comms company. We are very happy and highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Ben at Fireplacesaver who assisted me in my recent purchase of the Chelsea Fire Suite.

Having looked online at the Fireplacesaver Website, I gave the store a call and Ben took the time and patience to go over what I wanted and happily talked through the Chelsea Suite and what features it had and its suitability for what I wanted. Ben also was kind enough to send me various videos via WhatsApp of other suits available for comparison and the different styles of fires and LED effects available.

The Chelsea Suite is now installed and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It looks amazing and definitely a fantastic purchase. Thank you Ben for your advice and fantastic customer service.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The communication from the sales men was excellent and very informative especially as it was all done over the phone. The work was done on time and the quality was amazing Mo and Ali worked hard and done everything very professional and also cleaned up. There was very little mess when they left. The plastering is the best i have seen and the fire is amazing. I am over the moon with the finished media wall. I would recommend this company to anyone

I had such an amazing experience from the team in Fireplacesaver. After reading their online reviews, I decided to go a head with them and booked a date for the media wall to be installed. What can i say than AMAZING EXPERIENCE from start to finish and Ben was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeble , helpful and assisted me thoroughout the all process guiding me and helping me to design the multimedia wall .... Thank You Ben .... you are a great asset for the company.

Faultless from start to finish. Ben was so helpful in the shop, Installation date was set and adhered to, Simon and Shaun did a great job installing the wall, Darren the plaster did an excellent job too.

Karl and Harry were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in providing information about Media Walls. Made every effort to explain any concerns we had throughout the project.
Karl the fitter worked with us on the 3 days on site as the job progressed. He did a super job really pleased with the end result.
