I’m delighted with my navy Robyn button through midi dress in a Petite size. It fits perfectly and it’s flattering. I’m 5’3 and pear shape so it’s difficult to find a dress which doesn’t need any alterations for me.

Generally fine with a few tweaks
The website was easy to use, I found the ordering process straightforward & emails to confirm my order were sent out quickly & were clear. My order arrived boxed & then items were in plastic bags for protection.
One item I ordered was actually out of stock,but didn't show this upon ordering. I didn't find this out until I was being given a refund. If it isn't in stock, please can you notify me, & keep size availability up to date to avoid disappointment. Also, when paying the return postage, I think it would be better to deduct the cost from the total price when the item is returned, instead of having to pay extra upfront & then return the item. Returns otherwise are fairly straightforward.
I have found some of the sizing running slightly smaller with certain styles, so more consistency with sizes please if possible. My experience was mostly positive, & I just think a few minor adjustments are needed.

Underhand £2.50 return charge
Took some time to arrive, nicely packaged
HOWEVER I’m astounded to have to pay a £2.50 return cost on top of postage. This is in their terms and conditions but show me someone who reads them.
Why not indicate on your web pages that this levee is going to be charged.
Well I certainly will never buy from you again as I do not like to be uninformed
It’s not the cost but the underhand manner you have used. Disappointed

Finery make lovely clothes from good fabric. Bit on the expensive side but you only get what you pay for! I usually get a bargain in their sale.

Lovely dress’s and great choice
I love the dress’s the only problem I have is they are too long, Willow dress it was beautiful but would have to cut 12” so I’m sorry to say it is being returned as it was down to my ankles.
I have a few Finery dress’s and I love them but have had to cut the Aimee as it was far too long as well.
Other dress’s are a great length

Desperate to return poor quality trousers - customer services not answering!
Both pairs of trousers received very wrinked. The material used is poor quality. I have tried to return them using the information given on enclosed paperwork, but can't get the QR code needed. Several emails have proven unfruitful and customer service number given is not answered.

The website took me to exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and I loved the blouse I bought. Then I bought another 3 similar articles of clothing.

I usually like Finery dresses
I usually like Finery dresses, but the sizes are very unpredictable now.
I ordered two “Edith” dresses, the
patterned one fitted( a size 16) but the plain one was at least an 18. It then cost me £2.50 to send it back, even after contacting Customer services.
I also had to send it separately, even though I was sending things back from another order. Why on earth I couldn’t include the wrongly sized dress, and saved the postage fee is beyond me!
I also feel that the side zips are not only unnecessary, but bulky and uncomfortable.
I think to charge both postage out and postage back is unacceptable and I will think carefully about buying from Finery in the future.
