Really pleased with dress
Really pleased with dress. The shorter length for the midi dress is perfect for me. I am 5ft 5in. The regular midi is too long. Love this dress.

Great service and manufacture
Great service from my initial order/payment, frequent updates, till the parcel arrived elegantly boxed and packaged. Better still, it looks exactly like the sales photo, fits well and carries a correct fabric composition sew-in label. By no means all dresses bought online do that. Finery deserves 5 stars for everything. Highly recommended.

Dreadful company to deal with
Dreadful company to deal with. A Rixo dress was returned to them due to a post office error where the cashier mixed up labels. Trying to get my Rixo dress back from them is proving to be a nightmare and they have made it as awkward as possible despite me paying £3.95 to get the order posted back to me. They have even threatened to dispose of the item within 5 working days. Rixo were fantastic to deal with and returned the Finery dress to me immediately and it arrived the following day.

empty delivery package
I received delivery of my item on the 13.8.26, the box in which my dress should of been in was empty. I contacted Finery on the same day as requested by E-mail with pictures of the undamaged box and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me with an explanation. I will not be buying from this company again.

Lovely dress
I ordered a dress which was lovely and used a discount code which worked. I need the next size up and wanted to use an NHS discount code for 15% off but this doesn’t exist. I have tried several times to phone and email Finery about the problem and they don’t answer. Customer service needs to be better.

Very pretty top
It’s rather nice to receive the recyclable box containing your new Finery garment. I wasn’t disappointed this time either. This pretty top is lined so no problem with it being see through. A quick steam and it was ready to wear, the wrinkles fell out very easily with little effort.
I can’t wait for the winter collection.
