Avoid, avoid, avoid. Finery use Royal Mail for deliveries, and they dumped a parcel on my doorstep without even knocking. There was somebody home at the time too (otherwise I would have arranged for it to go to a locker). The parcel was then stolen. I'm now out of pocket to the tune of £180 and Finery are quibbling about issuing a refund while they 'investigate'. I've been a customer for YEARS. If this is how they treat people that they can see have a history with them then please don't put yourself or your cash at risk. I've been in tears over the lost £180.

Really bad customer services when you email them. Nobody gets back to you for quite some time. I have been chasing Customer Service for awhile now I ordered a few items upon receiving my order. I saw that one of my items were missing. I’ve contacted customer services and they keep on telling me that they have contacted the warehouse and then now waiting for a response from the wherehouse because they need to check if the item had been packed or not, they told me initially it will take 3 to 5 working days after this time passed. I tried to contact them again and they told me that they still haven’t had a response so I still have to wait until they hear back. That is absolutely ridiculous that you expect a customer to wait for such a long time. My bank is charging me interest, but I’ve not even received the item in the first place so I find it very unfair and poor Customer Service.

If you want to buy something from these guys, I would think twice I surely won’t be buying anything from these guys ever again, not after receiving this kind of customer service

Easy ordering process on line. I needed to exchange for a smaller size and again this was easy and straight forward. Items arrived in a few days.

Finery has provided me a very good online shopping experience. From the website to the delivery. Besides, their clothing is gorgeous.

The delivery and returns service is efficient and the products are generally great. On some occasions, fabrics have been misdescribed (and that misinformation has also been passed onto stockists to use). Greater care with accurate listings will likely reduce returns.

Ordered a dress in the sale. It was faulty belt loops didn’t line up, received a replacement which gaped on the bust. The original one didn’t. I can’t raise a return as the replacement was issued on the original order number.
Emails were ignored. Twitter (x) ignored. Facebook messenger did get a reply and wanted to know order number then no further response.this has been going on for over a week, no doubt they will then say that I haven’t returned the item in time. No phone number to call them on.
Dress wasn’t expensive but not he point still expect to receive an item that is wearable.
Won’t deal with these again.
Finally got hold of them only to be told I have 28 days to return - even a replacement. Not a chance of this happening with the speed their customer service respond.
Lesson well learned- don’t buy from them.

Lovely formal dress. Style up with heels and wool coat, down with trainers and bomber jacket. So versatile!

I purchased a cardigan recently and as it is cream in colour it needed washing after two wears.
I washed it inside out using delicate handwashing laundry liquid. After the item dried, I could not believe how shoddy it looks. The cardigan is pilling all over and looks like a fast fashion rag. This item wasn’t cheap. I’m beyond furious . The customer service agent said they had spoken to the manufacturer and that I had washed it in the wrong product. This is absolutely laughable as I used Woolite which is safe for all delicate items. I have used it for years on my knits and silk items.
I have been completely fobbed off by Finery. They will not provide a refund although after reading reviews on John Lewis this item is rated as poor quality. I only wish I had read the reviews first but I bought direct from finery.
They take your money and send you poor quality products that don’t wear or wash well. I would urge anyone to think twice before buying from them. You could probably buy better quality in Primark.
I know my consumer rights but Finery choose to ignore this. I await their proof that an item should not be washed in a delicate liquid specifically made for handwashing.
