The product received was 9.5/10 perfect as described. There was a small air bubble but i was ablr to remove it. This company and Iron Tech dolls have the best products. Make sure you get Iron Tech, the Aruko I recieved was so tall, I think she's the same height as me. The Customer Service is always late. But i did receive the product.

Used guest checkout, still about as smooth as it gets and the only the big "minus" for me is the basicly nonexistent communication on shipping details which after asking FLD directly I only was told "it's on the way" so to say... but i got no tracking whatsoever.
I decided to contact Dolls castle after another while they provided me without hesitation with a UPS tracking.
I got the doll today. did a close inspection and it's magnificent.

I thank the Fine love dolls team for the service and patience with me as well their great site that you can browse on for hours without getting bored.
So in the end the greatest question you are stuck with should not be are they trustworthy, but what doll you will choose...

Please don't trust this company with your money. I'm waiting for a refund for acessories from my order for 3 months now.

All I'm getting are empty promises that the refund will be done tomorrow again and again, without making do on these promises of course, while weeks and months go by.

Don't even get me started on the ordering process, where I had to to deliberately ask for every bit of information instead of getting updates like from other vendors.

If you're interested in dolls you should probably look for another vendor.

I've finally received my refund, but that doesn't change the fact that my experience with this company has been terrible.

I'm utterly disappointed with the doll I purchased from this company. Let's start with the supposed heating system. It's a complete joke. I followed all the instructions meticulously, but the doll barely warmed up. It's like they slapped a heating element in there just for show, without any intention of it actually working properly.

But here's where it gets worse. When I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request a refund, they were downright insulting. They had the nerve to imply that I was making up the issue. Excuse me? I may not be an engineer, but I know when something isn't working as advertised.

Not only did they refuse to acknowledge the problem with the heating system, but they also had the audacity to label my request for a refund as unreasonable. Unreasonable? How about selling a product that doesn't even do what it's supposed to do?

This whole experience has been a nightmare. I feel like I've been scammed out of my hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. Their products are subpar, their customer service is insulting, and they have no problem taking your money without delivering on their promises.

J'ai déjà commandé deux poupées sur ce site depuis la France.
Elles sont arrivés chez moi en bonne état et conforme à ce que j'avais demandé (il manquait juste les couleurs des lèvres vaginales mais c'est peut-être dû aux normes européennes).
Je n'ai pas non plus trouvé d'autre moyen d'obtenir le lien de suivi du colis qu'en leur demandant par e-mail, ce serait bien de l'obtenir automatiquement.
Je recommande ce site et je continuerai à acheter sur celui-ci à l'avenir.

So, I ordered Monroe with head #70 160cm AA build with implanted hair. $3000 USD. Felt like I was gonna die when I clicked accept. Anxiously and patiently waited for my order. I received it early. Very early. I am amazed at the explicit and beautiful detail of the doll. The head weighs and is sized to that of an adult woman that would be 160cm. WARNING: DOLLS ARE VERY HEAVY AND YOU CAN EASILY HURT YOUR SELF IF YOU'RE NOT PHYSICALLY FIT. Overall, I'm pretty amazed with this company and my doll in general. Is it better than a real woman? No. But it also doesn't come with the constant whining and money cost, and going places/doing crap you don't want to do. No doll will replace the void of love or love lost, but it is a very nice experience to replicate sexual encounters. It's definitely a workout. I spent over 17 hours sifting through websites trying to find a legit site, and something that would give me a form of satisfaction for my money. Fine Love Dolls provided that. Thanks again.

I did not get head S2 as the second head. If I were
picking out a tpe head I would have got a better one.
