Definitely returning as a customer

I don't think that they have no product in any warehouse, so they might not the full scam BUT!
I ordered a doll, payed it, after I got a message from them, that the product I ordered is out of stock (but I can easily added to basket and peyed well).
So they recommended me, an another doll which was not my what I like (but the price was 100USD higher what they said I get for their appologize), so I choosen one, that is not that good what I ordered, but not bad (in the same price that theí offered).
I sent an answer to them with the choosen doll, and they AGREED to send this to me. I asked for a tracking number, what I never got, so after 2 days of this, I wrote to them, what is about my order.
In the answer email they said they need that 100USD, so I need to send to them.
This was the time I proceed to a refund. First, they said, it needed to discussing my case with their management. In the next email they said, they discussed that THEY SEND ME THE DOLL I LIKED TO (the another one, not the royal). After I requested a refund.
After this, we had some email about how they refund me, they asked me to close my PayPal dispute, so they can't get my money back, what is a HUGE LIE.
I don't close it, so I received my money about a week. So after all I thing I still was lucky, not having this worse.
My experience with them, that they want to lead you, they force you to everything, they, trick at the last of the only thing, and they appologize everything 100x at a time. They are disguisting, childish, a pity.

There really are no words for me to express how great my experience was. Every step of the way Alice helped me pick and chose the options that i wanted and explained to me the benefits of having them with my doll. Even helped get me the outfit she was wearing in the pictures because that's what sold me on the doll. I was notified every step of the way on where she was before she arrived at my doorstep. When i had questions they were answered in a timely manner no matter what the question was. Package was solid and no damages during shipping. I was sent pics before she was delivered for verification, but getting her out of the box and seeing her in real life was mind blowing. She looked even better in person. I have to say that i am more than happy about my purchase and when the time come ill buy from them again. Thank you for all your help!

DO NOT BUY!!!! You will get nothing like the images. They even admitted to me that the doll in the images was the silicone version not the tpe I bought. Couldn’t even sell the one I received, too ugly. No way they would accept a return. Stay well away!!!

This is close enough to life sized to be amazing. Its got quite a heft to it so it doesnt move around when you are playing, the chest is huge and soft and squishy. Using a heating rod is a great idea.

The feel to it is very realistic and soft to the touch. The size of it is perfect. It’s very easy to clean.

Finding a small small breasts doll was quite a challenge, but I finally found the perfect one. She has an almost flat chest, which is exactly what I was seeking. She's now an ideal little model for me. Although I can't speak to her long-term durability yet, I plan to take great care of her to ensure she lasts.

When my package arrived it had quite a bit of damage to the exterior which I’m guessing occurred as a result of rough handling during the shipping and transit process. However, when I opened the package, there was no damage whatsoever to the doll, in fact it was in pristine condition, thanks to the very meticulous way it was prepared. ULoversDoll in turn reshipped another doll to me. Long story short ULoversDoll customer support worked with me to resolve the situation. They responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I commend them on their excellent customer support which is why I would highly recommend using this company to anyone looking for a doll.

If you are looking to pastiche a flat-chested doll, this is your doll. After all, the flat chest is her selling point. I specifically picked her for this reason and was not let down. She's overall great and looks unique to enough to add to my collection.

I looked at almost all the male dolls and I saw a metal plate with a hole for the dildo to be attached, so I thought the model I purchased would be the same. I was disappointed to see this wasn't the case. The dildo cannot stay in place and I haven't been able to experience the doll the way I had hoped. I feel it was a waste. The overall quality of the doll is impressive, except for the dildo downfall, which is the primary reason why I wanted the doll. I wish that this would have been noted with pictures in this model's description page.

She's a good weight for her height, a good size in the body, and very good in everything else. I have to say I recommend it. If you want to spend the third with you and your husband/partner, or when you are alone, regardless of your gender, this is a fun time!

Very nice realistic doll

This silicone doll is worth every penny. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with lifelike details and durable materials. The packaging was completely private, and the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

Additional shipping cost from UPS charged. The welds that hold the metal plate that the penis suctions to broke. The weight of the doll is a lot and making it difficult to move.

Uloversdoll reached out following my feedback and agreed to ship me a replacement torso at a discounted rate. The replacement torso arrived today and it was even better than the original. It was packed very well, no damage during shipping, the accents look great, and appear to have even more detail.
