Online ordering a joke !!
As per lots of other similar reviews, order gets cancelled as they say they have zero stock of item, after saying they have stock at point of ordering.
They must have useless logistics software as this is obviously a recurring problem as seen by other feedback.
I won’t waste my time ordering from them again.
Oh yeah , the telephone customer service is rubbish too.

Unreliable! Don't waste your time! They will not deliver!
I ordered a sofa in the sale. My order was confirmed. A few weeks later I contacted Fenwick to ask about a delivery date. They sent an email to say it would be delivered in late October. The supplier sent me an invoice. A week later I got an email saying that I had cancelled the order. I contacted Fenwick who said the item was out of stock! So Fenwick has cancelled the order! What a waste time. Why they didn't just say it was out stock in the beginning?

Great experience and delivery
Great website experience, delivery was quick and item beautifully packaged. So used to receiving items chucked in a box but the Fenwick parcel was beautifully wrapped with a thoughtful sample and it made such a difference- deliveries from Harrods and Selfridges have not been anything like this. Delivered by the mainly reliable DPD which also helps. Well done to Fenwick for standing out against competition.

Update: They agreed to reimbursement of the portion of the order stolen. This then had to be chased two weeks later because they did not file the refund as stated. I will never order from here again.
They stole half my order - a large order of Chanel makeup - and are claiming all of it was sent. There are clear discrepancies between the CCTV “proof” they have provided, this is not my parcel. The parcel came un-tampered, so this is not the fault of the courier. The box came with padding in it because there weren’t enough items in the box, proving that this was not filled as it should have been. It also did not come with a delivery note, suggesting items were stolen from the order. I will be filing a court claim, this is absolutely appalling.

Fenwick have a good choice of men’s clothes at discounted prices. I ordered a Gant Oxford shirt which was of a high standard and superb value. Communication is excellent and my order came in a short space of time.

I ordered a pyjama set (Pink Printed Stripe Wide Leg Pyjama Bottoms and Top) online from Fenwick (Brent Cross) and couldn't be happier. The packaging was excellent — the item arrived perfectly and beautifully wrapped, which made it feel like a real treat to open. The pyjamas themselves are gorgeous: silky-soft cotton that feels lovely to wear. Excellent service from start to finish, and I'd happily order again.

I have brought and spent thousands in this store. I buy all my Gant clothing from their.
I had a pair of shorts that ripped on second wear, i took them into store and they could see on my account I spend in their monthly. They refused to help or sort the issue, i only wanted an exchange. Staff were rude and no help at all. Had to go via head office in the end.
Not worth the stress, wont be going back there!
Go to John Lewis instead!

STAY AWAY - bad warranty experience
STAY AWAY!
I had a nice Fenwick 8 wt fly rod and the rod itself was good quality and I was happy with it. However it broke, and when I tried to see about warranty I found out I had to pay $70 Cdn, and what they were offering to replace it with was a much lower quality fly rod that did not match the performance of my previous rod.
Save your money, most decent fishing rods will actually stand behind their warranty and honour it.
I won’t spend throw good money after bad and I recommend anybody shopping for a fishing rod consider better backed options
