It was the wife's 60th birthday abd we were staying at a York hotel
In our rush to get sorted in the Saturday the makeup bag was left at home
Sunday dinner for the family had been booked in secret so no chance of being brought over
We called jn Fenwick in the yorvik area of York and she was looking for some makeup to put her on the Charlotte Tilbury stand
The young assistant didn't hesitate and said she would do her makeup
She saved the day without hesitation
Unfortunately my memory didn't register any names but amazing staff
Our heartfelt thanks for saving the day at such a special time

Excellent delivery of garden furniture by Mark E and Micky, extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They made sure the furniture was set up in place in the garden.

Ordered on line for pick up at my local store. Well packaged and transaction went very smoothly from start to finish. Everyone involved did what they had to do to get my package to me. Saw originally in Tunbridge Wells store and by the time I ordered it the price had come down.

Hi, I want to thank all of the first aid staff at Fenwick in Brent Cross, especially the gentleman at security on the first floor car park who helped me on Wednesday evening. I closed the car door on my finger and he called the first aid staff who came and immediately helped me. I want to say thank you to all those who have helped me.

I shopped with Fenwick online and Ordered a Ralph Lauren Polo t-shirt. The order arrived quickly within 2 days even though it was standard delivery. My t-shirt was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with the Fenwick green and white striped colour theme. There was a card thanking me for my purchase and hoping i will be pleased with my purchase which was a nice touch. This company takes pride in how they present the items appreciating custom which is quite rare these days. I will definately shop with Fenwick online again

Cancelled my order without reason the day after I placed it. Would have been nice to have a customer service rep reach out and explain the reason behind the cancellation but no one did and they expect me to go and chase them up for an explanation.

Ordered my partner a dress for a special occasion.

Arrived quick enough but didnt fit.

Returned.

No refund, no refund update, no way to track refund.

Rung into customer service who say they send auto emails to update you which is why you should sign up with us and get a proper account like.

They dont send a thing so still waiting for refund as the woman just said to wait.

Couldnt even have been bothered to even ask the order no or even try help.

Temu-service on a largeny Fenwick budget.

Disgusting.

No invoice with package.
No information regarding returning item.

Bought clothing & household - very pleased with the quality of both - delivered on time - easy to use website - very pleased customer.

Placed an order for some Coach sunglasses and a Tonie character for my son. Really fast delivery and so beautifully packed. Got a complimentary sample too which was unexpected and lovely!

And this week I was in your Brent Cross store - spent 20 minutes or so in the handbag department and about the same in ladies fashion. Not one associate said hello - or smiled or asked if I wanted any help - appalling customer service! Perhaps you'll be going the same way as your Bond Street store 🙄!

Thursday - 16th July - following this review exchange - I had a call from Fenwick. The nice lady apologised and said that to make amends they were sending me a gift and that someone would call me back to discuss the issue. Great I thought! But - unsurprisingly - no call and no gift! And it's almost a week later!! Further proof - if it were needed of the dreadful Fenwick customer service!!
What on earth is wrong with Fenwick!
Read what you wrote to me. So - as you asked - I emailed your Customer Service with my contact information and hours suitable for me - and the reply I got says:
Thank you for reaching out! (Then gives your opening hours ). A member of the team will respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.
I DON'T have any enquiry - YOU asked to speak to me!
So I can only reiterate - absolutely hopeless customer service!

Brent Cross store: still can't get it's act together!
Dreadful customer service!
Ladies fashion: hardly any staff. One person dealing with a customer who was paying. I wanted to try on an item that was security locked. So I -politely - asked if there was someone else who could help me. I was ignored an waited about 6 to 8 minutes for her to come to help me - that's far too long Fenwick!
You're busy - because virtually everything is on sale - you need staff to maximize your sales. Long queue for the changing room :(
And my favourite: in perfume and make up Dept - salespeople talking to each other and IGNORING customers: rude at best!

Just been in the newcastle store, theres a queue at the womens changing rooms and they wont open the 'designer c/r' no wonder half the time the place is empty.
Had an arm full of dresses, handed back to the sales person
It'll be a trip to Edinburgh after all at one time Fenwicks was a destination store 🤷‍♀️

I contacted Fenwick's online customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Karan.
She listened patiently to my issue and made a very generous exception for me, which I truly appreciated. Her professionalism, empathy, and genuine willingness to help turned what had been a stressful experience into a very positive one.
Karan is a real credit to Fenwick. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and she went above and beyond to ensure a great outcome. I hope her outstanding service is recognised, as she is exactly the kind of employee every company should value and retain.

No air con in heatwave!they used to turn on the air cons last few years but not this year.Employees were all sweating not willing to approach which is understandable nobody wants today work under that inhumane conditions.Horrible shopping experience,

Received a bottle of Creed Queen of Silk opened the box to find the box inside to be crushed
Not happy as this is for a gift!I have taken photos but don’t know where to submit them to

Purchased x2 of the Studio William Mulberry cutlery set as they were half price. I thought great what a bargain and immediately purchased. Got an email saying they only had one in stock at the warehouse despite the website letting you buy up to 9 in quantity. I don’t think anyone actually checks the stock inventory and keeps it up to date. Have had one refunded and now will need to look elsewhere as it’s a gift for someone for a new home. I’ve had no compensation as a result and my order was delayed to be dispatched for two days because they couldn’t figure out if it was in stock or not. Do better Fenwick.
