Been using store for years always had a good time - went today car park sign said free on the entrance barrier, then when asked advised needed to download a app approx 50 people walking around trying to download a app would not work- eventually got it downloaded no idea if the able has charged me or we needed to start a process, called Fenwick lady on phone advises nothing to do with us couldn’t care a less attitude high end retailer sadly lost

Ordered a top from Fenwick that I couldn't find anywhere else. Delivery was quick and efficient. No complaints.

I recently had an issue with a furniture order from Fenwick which unfortunately resulted in the item being returned. However, I wanted to particularly recognise Tanvi in Customer Service, who was excellent throughout.

She was warm, professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, and made what had been a frustrating situation much easier to resolve. She dealt with everything efficiently, including arranging my refund, and her communication was always courteous and reassuring.

Good customer service really does make a difference when something goes wrong, and Tanvi is a credit to Fenwick. Thank you, Tanvi — your help was very much appreciated.

I was after a Damson Madder Lou jacket and there were product details and returns information on the site. Fenwicks is a well established company and, as this was my first time of ordering online from them, trusted it would go smoothly. I was given tracking details so that I could follow my parcels journey and amend details as needed. The jacket arrived well packaged and wrapped in tissue. Exactly as described. I'm in love with it and feel confident to order online with Fenwick in the future.

I passed through the Newcastle store today and ended up chatting to Pam about Amouage fragrances. Her knowledge and customer service were first class, thus I ended up buying a bottle! (And loved it!!!).
The service I received from both Pam, and her colleague Kath, was amazing. A mention for Marcia too, but she was day off today unfortunately.
If you're looking for fine fragrances they are your ladies to chat with!

I wish we had a Fenwicks in Scotland! Their customer service is exemplary and my deliveries have been fast-tracked and on time each order. One purchase was too big and the customer service team searched their stores to find a better size, then had it shipped overnight. Returning the first item has been a breeze. I've visited Fenwicks in Newcastle and London and it's like going back in time to when the customer is paramount. Friendly, helpful staff who just want the best for their clients. Hats off to all at Fenwicks and I wish you only good things to come!

Found fenwick by chance when looking for jellycat for my grandaughter i was so pleased when it arrived next day beautifully packaged inside with gorgeous tissue paper thank you for a wonderful experience 😊

I ordered some items for click and collect in Colchester, unfortunately they took too long to arrive (ordered on 31st July, arrived on 6th August) which meant I had to find alternatives for my daughter’s birthday. I actually tried to buy the items in store on 4th August, and was disappointed to find the items in store at a higher price. I went to collect them today, and get a refund on one item as I had managed to obtain that from an alternative store. I wouldn’t say anything if I hadn’t received this request for feedback, but I have to say the staff member wasn’t very friendly, perhaps she was having a bad day, I do understand, but added to my experience of disappointment, delays, frustrating pricing and ultimately needing a refund, it was not overall a good experience and I will definitely not use this service again.

I ordered a shirt online as I wasn’t able to go in to the store on this occasion. Whilst I prefer to shop in person, I can’t fault the online experience as the package arrived very quickly and my item was delivered, appropriately packaged and with care, by DPD. The whole process was quick and the communication from DPD was good. Fenwick offer a very good range of products of reliable quality to suit most tastes, and their service is impressive

I had such a lovely experience with Eve at the Lancôme counter. I’d seen lots of videos online about the Lancôme Milky Toner and really wanted to try it because it looked like it would feel amazing on my skin. Eve invited me to have a skincare consultation on the counter, which was so informative and personalised. She explained everything clearly and recommended products that suited my skin perfectly.

I also came away with a new Lancôme Skin Tint, Concealer, Mascara and Setting Powder, and she even helped me choose the beautiful YSL Blush in shade 44. I was given samples of the serum and cream to continue my skincare routine at home too.

The whole experience felt relaxed, professional and never pushy. Eve was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel really looked after. I left feeling confident with my new products and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Package arrived within timescale but considering it was a shirt costing £250 I was not happy to see it was literally packaged in a plastic bag , thrown in the back of a delivery van, luck more than judgement it wasn’t damaged in transit. Could do better with a simple cardboard box which all other retailers don’t spare costs on

Bought a pair of Ralph Lauren Gold hoop earrings,as a Xmas present. only worn 3 times and put away and forgot about, when I got them out they had turned silver and bluet colour, Fenwick are saying this is general wear and tear??? £65 for 3 days wear. AVOID as customer service is non existent

And the same automated reply on here that the case is being felt with, lies

At the York Branch an employee was extremely rude, she wasn’t understanding and did not show great customer service, when i went back a different employee was there and she was much nicer when i explained the situation that had occurred before, she checked me out and I payed, i think the encounter with the first employee was extremely unprofessional and rude.

As always great choices and prices. What stood out was the great action taken by Nicola in the customer services department. A mistake was made my end with the delivery address which I didn't notice. When I did I emailed in and Nicola was amazing at making sure it was corrected and kept me informed all the way. Amazing service.

It was the wife's 60th birthday abd we were staying at a York hotel
In our rush to get sorted in the Saturday the makeup bag was left at home
Sunday dinner for the family had been booked in secret so no chance of being brought over
We called jn Fenwick in the yorvik area of York and she was looking for some makeup to put her on the Charlotte Tilbury stand
The young assistant didn't hesitate and said she would do her makeup
She saved the day without hesitation
Unfortunately my memory didn't register any names but amazing staff
Our heartfelt thanks for saving the day at such a special time
