Great communication, value for money, couldn’t ask for better

Thank you to all the team at Fenton for their guidance, prompt communication and enthusiasm. The earrings are beautiful and very much appreciated.

I have bought 4 rings from Fenton over the last few years. Every time the service has been personal, responsive and overwhelmingly helpful. No sale is pushed onto you and the product is of such high quality. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone thinking about purchasing any piece of jewellery!

I have brought my, now, finances engagement ring from Fenton and the whole process has been incredible. I’m quite nervous when it comes to this kind of thing and I have something so specific that I wanted for the ring.

I spoke with Mia, who I can’t thank enough, and she went though all the options, I was able to supply references for rings I liked and aspects I wanted to bring through for the ring. Any questions I had she was right there to answer and gave me reassurance in areas I wasn’t sure on.

The process of getting the ring as well was incredible. For me, it really was a massive extra for feeling involved. They allowed me to be part of the stone selection, sending across different options for me to then choose from to get it just perfect.

Having proposed now, my other half absolutely loves the ring and couldn’t be happier with it! She’s doesn’t want to leave it or take it off! The ring also came with certificates and details on the stones etc which she loves to know more about it, the extra touches just made it all amazing.

Really can’t thank the team enough but a big extra thanks to Mia, I would recommend to everyone I know ☺️

From start to finish the team at Fenton were amazing. We attended an initial pop-up event in Edinburgh and from then on they could not have been more helpful throughout the process. Special mentions to Smile, Allegra and Amelia, they made such an important purchase and moment seamless and stress free. The ring itself is stunning and has received so many compliments. Even when needing re-sized slightly the process was easy and was kept updated throughout. Can't recommend Fenton enough.

Had a lovely experience with purchasing an engagement ring with Fenton from start to finish - would definitely recommend.

Amazing from start to finish!

So helpful, always available to answer questions and most importantly beautiful rings and quality.

I have recently shopped with Fentons I could not be happier! The customer service was absolutely brill helping me through the process of buying a bespoke engagement ring. Smile was helpful throughout the whole process and so accommodating. Communication was faultless. Thank you for making something so special into such a special experience!

I wanted an emerald trilogy ring and did a lot of research before making an appointment at Fenton in person at the London rooms. Mia helped us to choose a beautiful ring and then emailed several emerald stones for me to choose before making the ring.
We went to collect the ring today and it is absolutely stunning! The emerald is vibrant and beautiful in both colour and clarity! I am absolutely delighted with both the service and my gorgeous ring.

We just wanted to say thank you for the amazing quality of both your products and service. From purchasing an engagement ring to wedding bands to earrings for the big day, we have always been impressed with the overall experience. So much so, that we do not hesitate to recommend Fenton to anyone looking to buy a ring or other jewellery. Also, a special thanks to Linus, who not only expedited our last minute request for bespoke earrings but also made us feel like we were in the company of a good friend.

I cannot recommend Fenton more highly. I had a custom engagement ring commissioned by them and not only was the process great and the final product better than I had hoped for but the support was absolutely outstanding. Every step of the way, from planning to delivery, the team was so patient, attentive and genuinely seemed to care. Thank you so much to the whole team, especially Macarena, Claudia and Henna! You were all great and it is really appreciated!

3 years ago we purchased a diamond and sapphire engagement ring from Fenton. To mark my milestone birthday this month, my husband chose a diamond and sapphire eternity ring to compliment it. The ring is perfect, bespoke and stunning. The Fenton team are second to none, so professional and knowledgable. I cannot wait to add to my collection in the years to come.

We worked with Fenton on the design of both my engagement ring and wedding bands. The wedding band was a very bespoke design, and Linus was patient and thorough throughout the process to make sure we got it exactly right. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and the team at Fenton - beautiful pieces, ethically sourced, affordable prices, and so much flexibility in design. I’m so glad we found them!

Purchased an engagement ring, wedding band and after care. Buying the ring was great. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The way they write their emails, their customer service has been on point and do highly recommend them.

Great communication and service offered. Patient and kind.
I had a lovely experience with Fenton.
The emerald was exactly the type that I wanted.
Definitely recommend them

Excellent service, two great wedding rings exactly as we wanted and they have an amazing name!

A-Star
I have used Fenton several times, and I strongly recommend them. They have first-class customer service, always available to answer any questions. The products are great, and it is reassuring that their materials are ethically sourced.

Where to begin... Fenton were just incredible. My then boyfriend was based in the US and wanted my engagement ring to be from a UK jeweller (where I lived) so if I could go into the physical location if resizing or changes were needed. The concierge were brilliant and organised the whole process seamlessly for him. My ring is beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. We were so pleased that we ordered our wedding rings from Fenton too. Once again Fenton went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, even making a bespoke 2.2mm band to match the width of my engagement ring band when the 2mm looked a little too thin next to it. We've just celebrated our first wedding anniversary and I still get compliments on my engagement ring. Thank you Fenton for making it such a smooth process for us. Would recommend without hesitation.

An amazing selection of unique jewelry and staff that are incredibly helpful. I have been particularly impressed with how attentive Fenton have been helping with re-sizing! Would recommend!

The final ring is absolutely beautiful. We’ve had so many compliments. Henna has been so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. So glad we decided to go with Fenton for a bespoke ring.
