Fantastic 4g for our caravan, wish we had found this system earlier,

Really easy to set up and excellent value. We have had massive issues getting any mobile wifi to work at our caravan and this connected and all the kids are now happy. Excellent would highly recommend

Easy set up nice little product signal good

After using the falcon web site looking at the different products I was very scared to part with a few hundred pounds on internet, so I phoned customer service who thn got someone to phone me. I spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Chris Williams who talked me threw everything regarding my purchase of a caravan sat nav he made sure he took all my details correctly made sure what I was looking at was what we needed, put my order threw told me item ordered would be with me Wednesday 30th July and it arrived well packed up. The service I received from Chris was amazing from start to finish as I'm a nervous person buying things that I can't see and being scammed again he really put my mind at rest. Falcon staff are very friendly not pushy and really no there job. Thank you Chris Williams and Falcon 100% excellent service one very very happy customer. Thank you. Kaye manning.

We live on a farm and have been unable to get fibre broadband. Our copper on it's best day has a download speed of 6Mbps. (some days it is 2Mbps)
With no broadband improvements coming any time soon from any supplier we decided to test out a FALCON Rural 4G kit with 1600 Mbps router and 1 x TS9 to SMA adapter (a1). I just ran a speed check and its coming in at 99Mbps!! I've seen it at the lowest achieving 77Mbps. This is still almost 13 times our best max speed from the copper.
Delivery was quick and it just worked. What else can I say? If you remember the old Ronseal adverts (am I showing my age?) the slogan was "Does what it says on the tin". Well, this kit does what it says on the website.
I really am pleasantly surprised by the massive improvement we have seen and have just ordered a second kit for home so I can actually watch a whole movie without it failing.
Honestly, Falcon have just saved my sanity so a big Thank you!!

Recently purchased a Falcon Combo V3 wifi unit for our campervan. Have used it 5 times now and not once has it failed to get a good signal. It's so easy to set up and use and so far, I have found attaching it to the inside of the rear window, adequate enough to get the signal.
Had a small problem which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Falcon Customer Service.
I can thoroughly recommend this unit

The Falcon Smart TV is excellent – exactly what we wanted and it has exceeded our expectations. The screen is sharp with clear images, great sound, and strong reception. Both the Freeview and built-in DVD player are simple to set up and work flawlessly. Connecting to the internet is quick and efficient. Overall, a fantastic TV for motorhome use – we would definitely recommend it.

Bought this TV for my motorhome because my old one was difficult to hear. I liked the price and spec., and the delivery was super fast with good courier support, delivery time estimated to within one hour! Only took a few minutes to get it ready to set up in Moho, easy auto-tune, bright clear picture and VOLUME👍👍. Haven’t tried the DVD player or Satellite tuner as yet,but extremely pleased so far. Well worth the money.

After looking at various tvs for our motor home, that can be used on various voltage, we chose this falcon tv, delivery and packaging excellent, on opening the packaging the tv was very well protected. Installation simple even for us 70+ year olds. What a picture and sound, the quality and reception are brilliant, and the tv looks extremely smart, happy to have it on display. Thank you falcon!

We bought the Falcon 19" WebOS Smart Camping TV for our Motorhome. Our first TV was cheap and only lasted 3 years so we decided to replace it with a better quality one.
We had seen Falcon at Shows so had a look on their website. The 19" WebOS Camping TV had everything we wanted, and more, but we had a few questions about the compatability with our existing Satellite dish, so we emailed and we spoke to Stuart who was very helpful.
The TV arrived within 2 days. It took longer than expected to set up but we think it was more to do with us, than the TV.
We are so pleased with the picture and love the fact you can watch it from the side or, have it at a higher height, and it doesn't go black like the old TV did.
The bluetooth soundbar was easy to set up, DVD player is great and our play lists on our memory sticks work perfectly.
Overall we are very pleased with it and would highly recommend it, and Falcon.

I've just bought a Falcon Technologies 4G combo Antenna Router. Item arrived on time and easy to set up and use. Very pleased with the company and the product.

New TV for truck camper set up went well but voice guide is too fast to understand could do with more info in the set up guide TV is excellent though.

Easy to set up, virtually a frameless design and all the popular Apps that you would need are installed. Great value for money.

Easy to set up and use. Sound is a little ‘tinny’ when in a quiet mode. Not always clear as to where you change location on the tv when moving around [in our Motorhome]. Otherwise, highly highly satisfied.

We bought our 4G Router while at a motorhome show. The man on the sales stand was very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.
