Ne priporočam te pošte insicer paket ni dostavljen v času kot je obljubljeno, kurir se je pa vozil okoli Velike Loke v radiju od 5 km 5 krat celo, ko sem poklical kurira ni želel preveriti, če je pošiljka pri njem, zgovarjal se je da sta 2 na terenu ter da drugi nima skenerja in da so njegove pošiljke napisane na njega to pošiljko sem pa nujno rabil.
Zjutraj ko sem poklical pomoč strankam so rekli da pač ni včerej dostavil da bo danes, ko sem ih vprašal zakaj so se prejeli posla če ne morejo opraviti do konca in kako treba ona je samo rekla da se o tem noče pogovarjati in mi prekinila klic.
Ta pošta v Sloveniji je končala svojo zgodbo pripočilo da zaprejo poslovnice in delo prepustijo profesionalcem. Ime kurirja Danilo

People it all depends on where you bought stuff and how much you payed for the shiping. The package gets prepared by the vendor you buy from, and they are the ones responsible for bad packaging and mistakes in the documentation.

Courier service is the easies one to blame because they handled your package last, and you blindly trust the vendor, not knowing the vendor misprinted the adress and your name.

I am glad that we are still dealing with people, yes the package may be a bit shitty recived but remeber EXPRESS ONE is shipping only the cheap deals, dicoutned and bought from china.

when i buy stuf from SILUX ( slovenian car parts dealer) I alwas get crispy packages and not even a scracth on the cardboard.

Naročila sem dostavo na dostavno mesto, ker ne morem čakati na dostavo doma - delam. Po 15 dneh, e-pošti, neštetih klicih so me prisilili, da sem si vzela prost dan in jih počakala na domačem naslovu - in še takrat so prispeli uro pozneje od dogovorjenega časa. Popolnoma katastrofalno podjetje.

Dostavljalec me je klical, ko je bil 5 kilometrov stran od mene in vprašal če lahko pride kdaj drugič, ker se ne želi vozit samo za en paket. Paketa nisem prejela.

Very bad delivery service

I received 4 packages with Express One — and none of them were delivered to my address. Every time, the courier left the package at a gas station without any notice.

I once called the call center and asked for home delivery. They said it would be delivered, but later I just got a message that it was at the gas station.

This morning, the courier called me with one short ring and hung up. When I called back and asked for delivery, he started shouting, swearing, and refused to deliver the package. Very rude and aggressive behavior (courier name Marsel)

Very disappointed with Express One Celje. I do not recommend this service.

98 % ocen na Googlu je očitno lažnih – naj vas ne zavede povsem nezadovoljiva in nesprejemljiva storitev tega ponudnika.

Danes sem imel predvideno dostavo, vendar me nihče ni poklical, paket pa sem prejel le obvestilo, da čaka v paketomatu. Ko sem poklical oddelek za podporo strank, so mi gladko lagali.

Trdili so, da so sklenili pogodbo z AliExpressom, zaradi katere naj paketov ne bi smeli dostavljati na dom, temveč jih morajo vse odlagati v paketomate.

To je popolnoma nelogično, saj sem pred dvema dnevoma prejel paket od AliExpressa preko Express One, brez kakršnih koli težav. Po njihovih izgovorih naj bi šlo za “novo pogodbo” ki so jo sklenili v soboto ali nedeljo, po kateri naročnikom pakete ne dostavljajo več na dom – kar je nedopustno in neprofesionalno.

Zadevo sem že prijavil tržnemu inšpektorju zaradi zavajanja strank in kršitve pravic potrošnikov.

Najslabsa dostavna sluzba. Ne samo v Sloveniji, verjetno na celem balkanu.
Dostavljalci bi puscali paket kr 10-15 km vstran v nekih gostilnah, na bencinskih crpalkah. Ce reces da rabis doma da ne gres nikamor, zamaknejo dostavo kr za 1 dan ali pa za 2 dni kasneje- ker nimajo casa - KAO.

Box arrived damaged. notified the seller and they told me to take it up with the postal company.. Notified the postal company and they told me I have to take it up with the seller because the package "wasn't marked as damaged" (no shit)

Profesional service

I mean.. I guess everyone has the same experience. Must agree that this is the worst shipping company in Slovenia. They got my package from Amazon through Austrian Post and they didn’t send me any notification that they took over the delivery, nor have I recieved any message that they are going to deliever a package to me.. so I had to do the research through amazon where my package actually was. They at least answered the phone, we agreed that I’ll pick up the package personally, got the address and a phone number, but they didn’t answer, I couldn’t find the adress location… eventually after 2 hours I got my package but this was overall really frustrating.. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t decided to search for my package… I think it’s better to close this buisness for good.

njihov tracking info kaže dostavljeno, paketa pa ni. njihov support pravi, da naj pogledam v nabiralnik. kasneje pošljejo screenshot, kjer piše, da je paket dostavljen in istočasno napišejo, da paket še ni šel v dostavo. dejansko zgleda, kot da se se norčujejo

Worst delivery service in Slovenia. They don't even call you or ring you, even if you're at home at the time of delivery. They just send your package to the packing station for YOU to pick it up where YOU have to pay the fees of picking it up. Then they mark the item as delivered.

worst post service in slovenia. wouldn’t recommend. customer service is trash - i must say the lady is nice, but is lying through her ass.

In th past month they actually stole two of my packages. Tracking data shows that packages were delivered, but I never received them. They say that they will investigate the cases, but it takes 30 days!

I must agree with all comments here; one worst costumer service ever! I contacted them because 3 of my packages were pending delivery and I did not receive any notification. They sent me to pick up at place and when I came there, it was not there.
Long story short; costumer service was terribly rude, non helpful and in the end told me no to contact her anymore on her personal email (even if it was working email) and she did not even help me to solve delivery of those 3 packages :D

my package was lost and they said its already delivered but no idea where they delivered. their customer service is really bad.

such a disaster....if you check their google rankings...it is 4.6 because it is full of fake reviews...but in short...the delivery guide never rings a bell...or call if they arrive with package..they just leave it in front of the door...not caring if somebody might steal the package.... such a chump company...this is in slovenia
