You got to hand it to eSky.eu - they are excellent at fooling the unsuspecting user into thinking they are the airline carrier and not a third-party platform. A round-trip excursion for $590 is only $400 directly on the airline website. This mistake is on me. Tried to cancel a few hours later, but eSky.eu keeps 90%. Lesson Learned.

I only gave these thieves 1 star because I couldn't leave zero stars. I wanted to book a flight from London to Prague. I did a google search and clicked on a link that said it was Wizz air. I subsequently discovered that instead of booking directly with Wizz I had inadvertently booked through esky.eu (a third party). OK this bit is my fault I should've paid closer attention. Cut a long story short Wizz cancelled my flights. I received a partial refund from esky.eu but they pocked a significant amount in "processing fees" which they claim are non-refundable even though the flight got cancelled through no fault of my own. AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Booking was easy enough, price was good,but when it came time to pay..thats when it becomes a nightmare.
Apparently having to charge €1332.62 was too much on the bankcard.. despite the banks approval several times.
Some little security genius behind the scenes for K LM thought he's be a good little boy and block the payment,as it was considered too high!
I'm flying from Spain to Korea, to see my son,how much did he think the ticket should be?
By all means if they can give it cheaper, that's fine by me.
The damn drama just to buy a ticket these days is nightmare.

I suggest that maybe esky.eu find a better billing partner,because the company lost out on a substantial payment.
I used Cheapair instead and they had no problem taking my money.
esky.eu won't be in business much longer with that attitude.
Not even an apology from the company.

Esky.com is the worst booking site I’ve ever dealt with. Their cancellation policy is deliberately hostile to customers — no refund, no flexibility, and they will fight you every step of the way if you try to resolve an issue. It feels like their entire model is built around trapping people into non‑refundable bookings. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn anyone considering them to stay far away.

Incremento del precio del billete con respecto a la página oficial en un 33%, es decir, compré dos billetes por el dinero que en la página web de Wizz Air hubiera comprado 3 (lo descubrí a posteriori obviamente) Nada de “cheap flights”.

Online check in impossible to do, booking info impossible to find on the airline website despite being told to go there. Contact possible with a Chatbot that was being useless, I had to ask to be connected to a human.

I had double booked a flight and they immediately arranged a refund at a higher rate than they first estimated

Both worked very well

Well, it could be a 5 but I'm confused if I had to use eSky or could have completed on Ryanair. Than when I compared my charges, they don't easily convert from Euros to US$ so I suspect there are fees I can't see.

Making a selection is quick and easy. My only complaint is the hidden fees: the price shown on the site jumped by about 30% at checkout once taxes were added. Why not just show the real cost of the ticket from the very start?
