fast delivery , no issues

Epicair are the only UK company I could find who would ship replacement air purifier filters to the Republic of Ireland, when my Irish supplier was unable to get them any longer.
The items arrived promptly, and intact, and they gave me an excellent explanation of the whole import/export Brexit minefield.
I am very grateful to them.

Incorrect pipe straightner sent in post - emailed company for resolve that got ignored after 2nd email - directly phoned to resolve , instructed I must be home for item swap costing days wages lost which seemed unfair as it wasn't my fault item sent incorrectly - item was swapped in end for correct straightner
