Charlotte M is the best pt

If you’re looking for a local gym, this is a great one. A much better atmosphere than most gyms. The classes offered are great and ran in a really helpful and encouraging way - especially Sydney’s boxing classes.

Great gym with such friendly and helpful staff. Very affordable prices. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a local gym you really cannot go wrong here. All the instructors go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The classes are absolutely fab from PT classes with Charlotte M, Shape with Evie and Sydney, circuits with Luca, Grit with Andy, 7am morning spin class with Charlotte where the fabulous tunes get you ready for the day to the recent Sunday spin with Niall which I would highly recommend if you want a vigorous work out !!! Everyone who I attend the classes with are so lovely and encouraging making it such a positive place to be it really is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Brilliant gym - fab classes with instructors who genuinely want to see you do well. Always a warm welcome and a smile, whoever you come across. For me, the option to drop into spin with Niall or face a billion burpees with Evie is only just beaten by the wonderful ladies PT sessions I’ve recently taken up with Charlotte. Best decision I made was to take the plunge and join - the journey being fit-at-forty is on!!

For ~£40 , you can save your money going elsewhere.

I’ve been a member since the gym first opened, and it’s really disappointing to see how far it has declined.

The overall standard of the gym is poor. Cleanliness has dropped badly across the board. Equipment is always dirty, there are never any paper towels or wipes to clean machines, and the whole place often feels poorly maintained with toilets being absolutely filthy too.

Maintenance is also a major problem. Machines when broken are out of order for long periods (4 months). On top of that, there are serious health and safety concerns with some of the equipment.

Also worth mentioning.. in summer, the air conditioning is non existent. The gym feels like a sauna and a lot of us members complained about it, but nothing.

What makes it worse is that they upped the prices recently promising new equipment and cleanliness, but the standards have clearly gone the other way.

Used to be an okay gym but now? Nahh.. I wouldn't recommend!

I retired at the end of last year and after not going to the gym for 2 years it was now or never to get back at it.

Walked back in at the beginning of January and have just completed 6 PT sessions with Charlotte M

Charlotte has been amazing, she understood what I needed and worked with me to come up with a program that I can easily follow and made sure I am confident with it.

Thanks to Charlotte I feel so much better both physically and mentally.

Shout out to the classes as well, I’m loving the various morning sessions, all the instructors are friendly and the camaraderie is great.

The gym is great and for me , the best in Winchester however I've only started to reuse it again after a considerable time so at the moment I'm still finding it as something of a chore but hopefully it won't be too long before I start enjoying once more and begin finding the experience addictive again. To be honest the hardest bit for me has been trying to get my app to work to gain access but having said that I can't recommend the gym and staff highly enough.

This gym has all I need for my weight training programme. The staff are all very helpful and have given me a lot of help. Price is reasonable and open 24 hours.

The pricing is slightly on the higher side, and the washroom hygiene could be improved. The space also feels cramped, especially since the gym is spread across two floors—having everything under one roof would make it better. However, the staff is friendly and supportive, and overall the experience has been good.

I’ve recently joined this gym and It’s a very welcoming environment, in a great location. The equipment is of a very high standard and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve even joined one of the Pilates classes and it’s excellent. The lady who takes the class is wonderful and is very experienced but also makes it fun! I’ve booked a personal trainer to give me one to one feedback and motivation as I’m a middle aged woman with little experience. I couldn’t recommend this gym more highly, very happy to be there.

Sometimes opening hours does not match what is on the website,
Especially in the morning (meening it does not open at 6am...)
Spent long time standing outside,
and without any warning...

Passed my 16 year old daughters information onto a debt collection agency ( Debt co ) . She spoke with them about moving gyms , they told her to cancel her direct debit after the first of the month. She followed the instructions given to her by the gym.

Now she's been hassled with multiple phonecalls , emails for a months payment , plus a late fee , and a small amount of interest... none of which she will be paying.

We are now in the process of making complaints to the FCA and the financial ombudsman.

Checking with the ICO about a data protection complaint regarding energie fitness passing on a minors details to a debt collection agency.
