Friendly, helpful and very welcoming staff. Clean, hygienic and tidy facilities. Excellent and readily available equipment. Would highly recommend to gym goers of all levels.

It’s a good gym with great equipment, nice staff wish it had a functional rig.

The place is small, not alot of cardio equipment. I did move from a large gym so i notice the difference alot, for this the price could be cheaper! The weight machines are very close together, which can feel quite crowded. The equipment is good quality and is kept clean. Staff are friendly and there is always someone around if you need help. My induction to gym could have been better!

Plenty of space and equipment.
I go between 10am and 3pm and never had to wait for gym machines like you do in other packed gyms so I would definitely and have recommended my friends to come try it out.

Joined Énergie Fitness a few weeks ago, bit apprehensive as it’s something I’ve never done before but I’m so glad I joined. The staff are very friendly & helpful, great atmosphere, I would definitely recommend it. Christine xx

The friendliest of staff, who are helpful all the time. A perfect sized gym with all the equipment you could need for a great workout! I never feel demotivated at the thought of going to Énergie Fitness Wolverhampton!!

This is an amazing gym, highly qualified staff, good and friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you. A good choice if equipment and classes. I would highly recommend this gym.

I have been going to this gym now for 4 weeks and can honestly say I love every minute their, staff are all friendly and helpful, I never feel uncomfortable when I'm their, sometimes I even forget that their other people their also working out.

I really enjoy the weights & machine facility... but 1 thing that disappointed me is the water dispenser doesn't work properly & the main tap on it is broken & there's a big sign saying water dispenser is only to be used for filling your bottles up... the tap doesn't work!! However the little spout does & I saw a personal trainer from the Wolverhampton branch drinking from it with his mouth!! I thought was wrong & not a good sight tbh!!!

Very clean and tidy gym. Helpful staff.
Only thing recommend having shower doors fitted on shower as the water falls out over the floor .
Otherwise all good

Great gym and fantastic staff, who are happy to assist with any training. I joined due to Devine Thomas she is an amazing person / trainer always encouraging and praising me which helps alot and makes me feel I can achieve the goal I want. Shaun is amazing he assisted me with the leg lifts and didn't make me feel stupid for asking for help he was great.
