Pros:
- Staff can be friendly

Cons:
- Equipment isn't sufficient to exercise every part of your body
- Even if you win gym competitions, free membership prizes are only advertised and not actually given
- Gym is often unclean and equipment is often broken taking weeks/months to get fixed
- New equipment is promised but never turns up or different equipment to what was advertised is available (eg; hack squat advertised - V squat actually in gym)
- Constant leaking from ceiling (allegedly condensation) around majority of gym, getting dripped on when exercising

Love this gym such a great place to train and has a great atmosphere. It’s great being able to train round my busy schedule and family life. Would highly recommend.

Great classes and superb instructors. Always a really nice atmosphere and clean space. Great, separate areas throughout the gym for different activities and clever key fob system. Such good value for money and love the My Zone heart rate monitor as an additional bonus.

Devices are clean and sufficient. Also, people here are friendly. Generally, I'm into this gym's vibe.

Gym is fine taken double of membership price and still haven’t been refunded just be very careful with payments!

The staff are really, really friendly and helpful. I am impressed with the range of equipment within a fairly small space and the fact that there is never really a long wait to use a particular piece of equipment. Sanitiser bottles and paper are always filled (a little thing in the big picture, but counts for a lot). The central location in the city centre is brilliant, helping me with my commitment to exercise three times a week. I have attended one class (mobility x2) which was great and I look forward to exploring more of the classes. The only suggestions I have for improvement are 1) the importance of taking a medical and fitness history at intake so that staff are aware of any potential problems and clients' fitness aims 2) it would be great to have an abductor/adductor machine. Thank you!

The staff are friendly and know the equipment which makes it a pleasure to exercise.

I joined this gym a little apprehensive as I have had bad experiences in the past wirh gyms. However this is an amazing environment. All the staff are incredibly friendly and will help out if you need it. The facilities and equipment available is great with showers lockers and even a hairdryer and straightener, and in the gym (although it appears small) is every piece of equipment you could ask for.

The scheduled classes are amazing, so much on offer and if you struggle the trainer will support you.

when inducted i was introduced to the gym by chris benfeild who helped me learn how to use equipment

Very friendly and welcoming staff, lovely facility kept nice and clean overall very good gym 100% recommend to anyone.
My particular favourite is Chris super friendly and funny and cheerful💪💪💪

Clean facility with a range of equipment and a good team.

Brilliant gym and is well equipped. Loved the 24/7 benefit. Regular check ins from the team if they noticed I hadn't attended for a while was a very nice touch and kept me coming back to reach my goals.
