The staff a really friendly and very helpful. The gym is clean and toilets are regularly checked and cleaned.

Good Gym. A little small, but still OK
Joined up a couple of weeks ago. All the staff & personal trainers are polite & ready to help. All seems fine so far. I just hope it doesn't get too crowded once the Summer school holidays are over.

Staff barely interact with gym members. If someone is doing a exercise wrong, the staff should correct them but I barely see that.

The staff are friendly and willing to help, my PT sessions with Rommel has been great. He took the time to explain nutrition and routines and pushed me when I wanted to give up. The staff are encouraging and the gym is nice and clean and the atmosphere is great.

This gym is wonderful
This gym is wonderful. The staff at Thornton Heath are so friendly and helpful and from day one I felt like part of a family. The facilities are great and although the gym is not very large they manage to fit so much in, it feels like the tardis. I’m a gym newbie and although I’ve tried out many gyms, I’ve never felt the need to join up…..we’ll not until now! They can’t keep me out 🤣
