Great gym
This gym is not the largest but that’s not an issue because the people here are friendly and the staff are very helpful and accommodating so it’s definitely worth looking at, there’s plenty of classes and equipment to pick from,I’ve been welcomed into this community and have to say that is lovely, so I’m glad to say that I truly recommend it to anyone weather you’re a newbie like me or a pro

Gym in Stepaside is very simple. Some of the equipment should be renewed.
The music of the classes are far too loud.

Small Friendly Gym!
Small gym with enough equipment. Good opening hours and friendly staff. Not much crowd on the weekdays. Private washroom and shower. However, the shower's water has no control over the temperature so sometimes the water is icy cold. Would be great if the gym improve the shower as a private shower room is already a plus.

Lovely gym
Nice gym, clean and with good equipment. Staff is friendly ;)
What I would like to have in that gym is a bike with a display to have a record of your workout. The same like row machine or ski erg. Thank you.

Great experience
Manager and employees very kind and helpful.
I have never been in a gym before. I was very anxious when i first entered to have a chat. I was nicely greeted and encouraged that most people feel that way first, and gradually build their confidence more. For me that was the first thing that made me have a good impression and experience. Time to time employees comes and say hello, ask how you are, ready to answer any questions which is very nice, especially for people like me, more timid. The place is clean, good music, and lots of equipment to be used.

Énergie fitness is a super gym
Énergie fitness is a super gym. Sergio is a gentleman and very welcoming and helpful. I am delighted I joined. The gym is extremely clean and there’s a great atmosphere in it. The gym has everything you need and is very reasonable.
