Just started back doing some excercise after 2 yrs off , retired now at 65 and I am enjoying my time in the Gym , friendly and has all the equipment I need , taking it slow but positive

Staff are excellent, but the gym is too busy. Theres not enough equipment to satisfy the amount of people using the gym so you either have to wait, or just not finish work outs. Had to change gyms... Vis mer

Energie fitness is a good
Energie fitness is a good, clean, modern and practical gym. The staff are very helpful and all the equipment is reliable and up to date, with everything you need from weights to cardio.

An excellent gym, has pretty much everything you can think of. If I had to leave one criticism, you guys are too popular and it's always full (I'm glad of course 😉)

Never thought I’d stick to the gym
Never thought I’d stick to the gym but now can’t seem to stay away. Classes are great really help stay motivated staff are amazing help full, approachable and knowledgeable. For someone who has always been subconscious when in the gym this place makes me feel none of that and relaxed. 100% recommend for anyone looking to make that change.

Great atmosphere to train in.
Top equipment paired with helpful and approachable staff makes this gym a great place to train. Well laid out equipment with a huge free weight section at the top and function fitness section on the ground floor. The classes hosted by the trainers always have a progression and regression, so they target all fitness levels and everyone can join in! All staff make a point of speaking to you and if you've finished a class with them, will ask you how it went etc. I've been to a fair few gyms and non of which give off the same good vibe as this one.
Only thing I would like to see in this gym is another squat rack, but that's just me being greedy!

One of the best gyms I have ever been too!
Started a couple of months ago, and never looked back! The staff are friendly, the gym us well stocked with equipment is clean and welcoming.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend 👌

Great staff very friendly
Great staff very friendly, really helpful, as older person put me at ease, time was taken to explain equipment, exercises described and shown in a relaxed and professional manner. Jason knowledgeable and helped with exercises to suit areas I wanted to work on.

Review …
Having only joined this year coming from another local gym i think Energie is a nice gym a little bit to busy most of the time (not what i am used to ) .I think the staff are quite shy and dont interact with members enough but perhaps that is because they don't know everyone ? But overall its very clean and tidy and the equipment is very good . I would like to bring along my Son who is 13 years old but he is not allowed which i think is a bit crazy ?
