Just started back doing some excercise after 2 yrs off , retired now at 65 and I am enjoying my time in the Gym , friendly and has all the equipment I need , taking it slow but positive

Staff are excellent, but the gym is too busy. Theres not enough equipment to satisfy the amount of people using the gym so you either have to wait, or just not finish work outs. Had to change gyms... Vis mer

Super friendly
I have never used a gym, and realising I need to improve my fitness, I reached out to Energie Fitness in Pontypridd.
Judgement free, empowering, welcoming and with 24/7 access I felt comfortable and motivated right from the start.

Good choice of classes and 30 to 45 mins duration is good. Trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging.
Have come here as the gym I usually attend is closed by an accident and am happy with it so far.

I am 76 and have been made to feel comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and I come and go as I please. An added bonus is I feel fitter and have lost over a stone in weight since I joined. I go 3 or 4 times a

Friendly gym
I’ve only been a member for 3 weeks but everyone their staff and members are friendly and approachable. Staff have taken time so show the correct way of using machines etc. The classes are really fun 🤩

Great gym, great staff
It's an amazing gym, all the staff are lovely, it recently added a 24 hour operation so you can go anytime and I go very late evening which is convenient, which means I don't run into any staff but I also don't run into many other people either which is ideal for me.

10/10 gym!
Really fab gym, so clean and modern! Air con is great too, never seems too busy so you can train whatever, whenever! The staff are also really friendly and approachable. The spin class on a Friday is my favourite class, really motivating and good music.
