Excellent facilities within the gym.Plenty of machines for everybody's choice of exercises.Nice air conditioning. Staff really polite and helpful. Only downside is inadequate parking.

Toilet
I am pleased with the gym facilities but the men's toilets need cleaning. The toilet bowls are disgusting with urine stains.

Shem was excellent.
I just book a test day to see the facilities and compare with the others. The facilities was clean and well maintained. There were sufficient amount of equipments. I decided to give it a try and started my membership in the same day without seeing the other gyms because of Shem. He was kind and helpful. He has given all the information I might need with always a smile on his face.

Love it here - but…
The gym is great. It’s a huge pain to cancel when you move house though. I wouldn’t join again.
Edit* thanks for the reply. I tried cancelling online first , was told to call, then call back for the email address, then email. The 30 days notice has been extended to 6 weeks now I’m being ignored after querying it? It’s getting worse. I’m moving house and would like to cancel. I’m not even half way through getting this done?

Good but WiFi problems.
Well, overall I'm really liking Energie Palmers Green - very friendly staff and nice clean venue; but for the last two sessions I attended (16/03 and 18/03) the WiFi wasn't working which meant I couldn't access particular workouts with accompanying visuals which I like as it makes the workouts more interesting. I did tell staff and they did try to help but assess the WiFi was 'down'. Hence why I've only given 3. Hope WiFi is working next time I go.
