New modern gym with equipment for every…
New modern gym with equipment for every level of fitness, staff are so welcoming and great at what they do. Have had a few sessions with PT Aishling after having kids personally for me it is needed. I would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend enough!
This is a great gym! Staff is super friendly, it's always clean and its super spacious. Variety of equipment and you always will be able to access what you need,even when it's busy. :)

Great gym with a nice atmosphere
Great gym with a nice atmosphere. Staff are very helpful and the app give u good control to book gym usage and classes.
Only complaint is that it is very warm despite fans being on.

Lovely environment to work out in, friendly team who are always there to help. Classes are great and the trainers make sure they are suited to everyone, newbies like myself 😊 and the pros. Very happy I joined.

More support needed for new members
It takes a while to get used to if you're used to milon circuit. A big gym with a variety of exercise equipment. Yet to try out classes once I get myself back to exercise routine after a year break during covid season.

I am sorry to hear that you felt unwelcomed when arriving at the gym, we as a company strive to make our gyms a warm and welcoming environment for everybody. We do provide Kickstart sessions for all members when they first sign up, free of charge. In these sessions staff will take you through the gym and explain how to use all pieces of equipment and answer any questions you have. Please enquire about this to a member of staff and I'm sure they would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Hope this helps.

Facilities are great. Staff are great.
As a fatty I was worried I’d feel embarrassed but the staff put me at ease and made me feel welcome.
Questions were answered with clarity and honesty and joining was as easy as walking through the door.
Highly recommend them.

I'm sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with the shower facilities provided within your gym, this should not be the case. Please speak to a member of staff next time you visit your gym and they will help you adjust the shower to the right temperature, or if need be they contact maintenance. Nice Gym, Mats Smell Bad
Very nice gym, new equipment, fun classes, etc. Only reason why I dont leave a 5 star review is because the mats are bad quality, smell bad and cannot be easily clean. It will be good if those are changed for ones with a more cleanable material. Also would like to have kickboxing or boxing lessons again.
The rest is perfect.

Great location, equipment easy enough to use. The app and booking sessions easy to access. No complaints. Very clean gym too. Oh and great for beginners.

Great selection but longer classes needed on App
I have loved being able to schedule my workouts around work, there's a vast selection and most of the trainers are really excellent, you feel like you have done a decent workout after any session. I have 2 issues though 1) class length, it would be great to have more 45min sessions, 25mins isn't very long at all so it would be great to have a few 45min sessions a week in the evenings perhaps (UK online classes). 2) booking online for the UK classes (I'm in Ireland) doesn't automatically go into my calendar, I have to download it to my calendar and then find the email from a few days previous (when I booked) in order to go into the zoom. this is very annoying and is a new development so not sure who's idea it was but it's not great! it's also hard to see what you have booked into on the UK classes. It would be much better if the Galway and UK classes weren't separate. thanks for keeping us all going through the last year :)
