I have recently joined energie fitness after not being in a gym for about 15 years..... All the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable about gym, equipment and nutrition. I would highly recommend these guys they are both friendly and professional.

Good local gym!
Most of the staff are extremely helpful and have been patient with me as this is my first time back in the gym in over 15 years.
It is a nice atmosphere and does not feel intimidating.
Loads of equipment! I just wish there was more space and the changing rooms need redecorating.

Good induction
Signed up for a membership last week and had my induction today. The fella doing the induction was great help and gave good advice on building strength whilst loosing weight. Look forward to my next session

Great Gym
Great Gym! The Zumba class is absolutely excellent — such good fun! It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, making it really inclusive. Skye brings a brilliant variety of music that keeps the energy high and the routines enjoyable. She ensures everyone gets a fantastic mix of cardio and strength-based exercises. Highly recommend!
