Nice gym with great staff.

A small city centre gym with great instructors in the classes. Small number of people in the classes so feels like you are getting a lot of direction.

The staff is really friendly and nice. First hour in the morning it is empty and easy to work out as the majority of the equipments are free. The location in Dublin 8 has also really easy access.
The reason I am giving only 3 starts is for the lack and quality of equipments, for example they have just one dumbbell rack for weights between 1kg to 10kg and in the afternoon we have to wait someone finish the workout to use the equipment.
Also the ladies changing room has always running water all over the place, and twice had no toilet paper at all in the bathrooms.
They have potential, just need more attention in some details which make a big difference.

I really enjoy the classes in this gym. I love the Yoga, zumba, other training classes.
All the staff and instructors are really great and helpful. Paul was specially good and I like his intense classes.

The place is well organized.

Extremely helpful staff, access to knowledgeable and friendly trainers. The gym is a really nice size so is not overwhelming or intimidating. Highly recommended!

I like this gym because it is small and close to my place. It’s cheap and you have all the equipment necessary for your daily workout.
It would be nice to get more machines for the back and the bum. I really recommend this place

Good spacious gym with a great selection of equipment. Changing facilities quite grubby and need a major overhaul.

Staff are lovely. Could do with some more sets of dumbells. Classes are excellent

Overall a nice gym, but it needs to be cleaned more often. The toilets are not cleaned as it should be and many times don't even have toilet paper.

They are awesome! They have everything but I would improve the showers although.

Not enough of small dumbbells, one of the 6 kilos pair is missing and there is no 7 kilos ones, for girls that want to do free weight exercises and most of the time don't lift so heavy it is important, I think the gym should have a set of smaller dumbbells (3 - 10 kilos) on both floors.
The stairs machine would be a great purchase too as it allows you to burn more calories than the usual machines in less time, for those who can't spend too much at the gym or don't like to do long cardio exercises.
