The gym is nice
The gym is nice, it's clean and the members are good.
However, there could be more equipment to do leg exercises.

Classes are excellent! I'm loving Velocity Cycle, Zumba and Sculpt and Stretch. I can't wait to try some more. The staff are amazing - quick to get to know the members and always willing to help and motivate. Just the gym I needed!! Thanks guys and gals.

Best Gym in Carlow
Best Gym in Carlow, great atmosphere, helpful & friendly staff & great clasess. Been only there a month , but loving every minute of it, feeling a lot fitter & healther. Would reccomend it to anyone.

I joined this gym to achieve my weight…
I joined this gym to achieve my weight loss and fitness level .
I was given a plan structured to my needs and each day a staff member goes through this daily plan so I’m not overwhelmed at once .
I have joined other local gyms but this is by far the most structured and attentive to individual needed not just getting you in !
I am very happy with my experience overall and the staff are present at all times to help .
Cleanliness is excellent with paper towels and antibacterial spray at each station .
I am 100% happy with my decision to join .

Carlow site could do with some shelves in the showers and a full length mirror. Workout sled area is a waste of space

I absolutely love going in to Energie. I adore all of the classes, the staff are amazing and the gym floor is so well equipt with anything you could ever want.

Only started last week and it’s been epic! The class are great but the trainers make it worth it! They are so so helpful and they make you feel welcome! Can’t recommend a better gym!

Am glad to voice out my opinon,i am happy and comfortable with Energie fitness.
So far ,i have been enjoying my exercise and am seeing positive impact in me.
However i want them to look into the music been played during the exercise,i suggest it should be a mix of both africa Nigeria hiphop and the rest of the world.I suggest this because many African Nigerians are registered with Energie fitness,this will help them have more fun during exercise
