I joined the gym only and specifically…
I joined the gym only and specifically for one leg machine at Brentford gym, but that leg machine is broken..! Not much point for me to pay for a sick machine

Great gym
The equipment is cleaned down regularly by staff and users. The staff are super friendly, very helpful as well as the members being nice and welcoming. Great gym, can’t fault it

Hard to book an online class
The booking process changed meaning I could no longer book through the app because none of the links worked. Booked an online class through your website and didn’t receive the link to Zoom at all.

Great place to work out.
I've only been a few times because of covid but every time I've been I've enjoyed my experience. It's a very chill gym and all the staff seem friendly.

Even though the gym is closed due to…
Even though the gym is closed due to the pandemic and we have both mutualy agreedto a holiday payment period till things get back to reality ,energiefitness are still taking funds from my account ,they clearly have no morals or consideration for there clients.
