The gym is very relaxed. All the staff are lovely and although they don’t disturb you when you’re working out they are very engaging if you choose to speak with them , that said they always say hello... Vis mer

Only compliant is some blinds are needed on the windows by the running machines as the sun comes through and you can’t look up without being blinded by the sun which makes it hard to work out on the running machine

Friendly gym
I have been a member of several different gyms over the years and Énergie gym, Bognor is definitely the friendliest! I don’t feel intimidated by the other members; there is a range of ages and fitness levels. I enjoy the classes:30 mins is a great length, but for those who want more 2 or 3 can be booked to run consecutively. However, some of the classes are quite popular so you need to book very promptly-or perhaps énergie may think about offering some more? Thank you énergie for making keeping fit (almost!) fun.

Really like the gym feel very…
Really like the gym feel very comfortable with the atmosphere and staff are friendly,a couple of mirrors downstairs for posture when using the free weights would be good.

Very friendly and helpful! I enjoy all the classes that are available especially Circuits and zumba! Never thought I would practically live in the gym!

Brilliant local gym
A brilliant gym with with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The new equipment is all state of the art, and there's a good variety of machines. The classes are absolutely excellent and the main reason I go!
