Professional and quick response to a shipping delay!

Jezza replied quickly and with all the information I needed since it was missing from my emails and the order site. Thank you for the quick reply and info so I know the goodies are on their way still.

They say you can return an item, but they don’t let you. My item arrived late, it was incredibly flimsy and I tried to return it and they “rejected” my return despite it meeting all requirements and gave no reason why. Don’t buy from here. It’s flimsy, feels cheap and has loose threads everywhere. And they won’t actually let you return.

I placed an order on back ordered items and the customer care staff were very quick and friendly, letting me know my order was being processed. I have ordered from them before and never had an issue, and love the products when they get to me!

I've been subscribed to the monthly Empress Box for a little over a year now, and I just unsubscribed but ONLY because I have a wedding to save for next year! I have loved this subscription box! Everything I've got has been beautiful, gorgeous, sexy! It fits so well, super adjustable, and made very well. To top it all off, I've NEVER gotten a repeat! It has truly been a new and unique set every single month and I have loved it. I will definitely be re-subscribing in the future!

Even if there was a problem with the order (it was defective when I received it) I was able to solve this problem with the help of a wonderful person who took care of my problem. So everything went smoothly !

I recently ordered the Venus set. Unfortunately the size I ordered did not fit properly. I am a Medium through and through. However, the sizing guide on this site did not account for anything other than bras and panties. This particular robe happens to be fitted, which would be helpful to note in the description, since this particular item did not fit.

Jezza, the customer service agent that I was corresponding with explained to me that I could definitely exchange for size. However, I would have to pay for the return shipping since that was their policy. She apologize for not having sufficient sizing information for this particular item of clothing. Regardless, I would still have to pay the shipping. Not too happy about that and that’s the only reason they have four stars instead of five.

Customer service was excellent. Responded very quickly helped me to resolve my issue. About the product, gorgeous absolutely gorgeous. I was a little hesitant in purchasing until I checked out Trustpilot and I saw that they had a good track record. It was rather expensive at least for me considering that I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with different online companies that are advertise on Facebook particularly.
