I had an issue with firstly receiving a damaged item, and then the replacement size not coming back in stock. Jezza first gave me a credit and assisted me immediately. When I needed further accommodations with the credit, she went above and beyond for me. On top of this did I mention how beautiful their designs are? They're also comfy and sensory friendly. Highly recommend Empress Mimi!!!

Poor inventory tracking. Store sells inventory they don't actually have and failed to update it on multiple items. Standard procedure is to refund to original payment instead of sending a bunch of emails for each item and default to worthless store credit.

Love the sets and it's always a nice surprise whenever I receive my subscription box. Customer service is also always polite and helpful and they reply promptly. Can recommend!

I’ve been a subscriber for just 2 months now and the level of customer service I’ve had from Jezza in particular has been amazing - I had a number of issues with my account (like creating 2 accounts by mistake!) and she’s been polite, supremely patient and tends to respond really quickly. It’s a forgotten art for some businesses, so I would definitely recommend Empress Mimi both for their products and business ethos based on my experience so far. The underwear itself is honestly worth every penny! I have a number of health problems causing chronic pain, which sadly means I can’t really wear underwired items any more without extreme discomfort. I think the creators of these stunning sets have actually considered a lot of things on a mission to design underwear to make any woman feel like a goddess (or a goddess again, for some of us who have had any kind of life changing event, from cancer, to weight gain, to peri/menopause, etc.) I’ve even got 2 sizes in one set just in case my weight fluctuates as it’s so beautiful. I can’t wait to receive the next surprise box in the post, it’s an amazing gift to yourself! If I could give them 6 stars I would - I can’t recommend them enough.

Jezza has been working hard to ensure the return has been accurate and working smoothly. The order was created incorrectly in the beginning, it they have ensured it is fulfilled properly. As soon as we get the order corrected we will be ordering something. Else.

Response was quick when I was missing an item, and so far, I am quite happy with the quality of the pieces!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had an event to attend so over a month prior, I ordered an outfit from empress mimi for nearly $300. A week later, I got a message that they were out of an item in my size. They said they could give me a different size or they could give me store credit. I asked what sizes they had and confirmed I would take a different size. I never got an answer. I emailed several more times over the span of two weeks. By this point, I knew that I would not get the item in time for my event. They never answered my messages, never refunded my money, never sent my order. I had to call my bank to get my money back. I'm deeply disappointed and I don't have anything to wear to this event because I spent so much on my order.

I bought a lingerie set from them and received a "congrats on your first order" email but never received an actual purchase confirmation, nor did I receive any shipping info despite paying for tracked shipping. I checked my profile with them and it had my order as being "unfulfilled."

I emailed them requesting the information for my order and never received a response. Over a week later now, my order says "fulfilled" but I havent received my order or any information pertaining to it. I've sent them a second email and if I don't hear from them in a week I'm filing a charge back to my card. I've never had a company have such a horrible lack of responsiveness and not even sending an order confirmation.

I have some unusual proportions, so I'm always hesitant to try a new lingerie company. Its usually very difficult to find the right fit for me, but the Empress Mimi size chart made it super easy and was spot on! Everything fit perfectly!
The materials are fantastic too! Even the lace and mesh are buttery soft.
Had an initial issue with my order, but Jezza with customer service made it right.
I will definitely be ordering from this company again!!
