I’d have to say I’ve just experienced the absolute best customer service in my entire life—truly… it’s not an exaggeration.

The kindness. The thoughtfulness. Attention to detail. The entire team went above and beyond to take care of me. It was personal and friendly.

Jezza was fantastic.

I couldn’t ask for anything more from a company or a customer service interaction!

Jezza from customer service and the entire team was incredibly kind and patient with me when I made a silly mistake on my order in regards to sizes. They were wonderful with explaining the exchange process and assisting in any way they could to make sure I still had a good experience. ☺️🤍

The customer service from empress mimi is second to none. We have been subscription customers for a while now and they are really the most helpful they can be. Jezza is particularly helpful . That alongside the most stunning sets of lingerie mean we thoroughly recommend empress mimi.

Made me feel sexy and confident! I LOVED IT!!

The products are absolutely beautiful. Materials are amazing and everything is so soft and so well made. There was a slight mixup with my order, and Jezza from their team was fantastic and helpful. Responded within 24 hours every time, and sorted everything out for me. I have recommended Empress Mimi to everyone I know, and my friend has already placed an order!! Overall just an amazing experience and the products are beyond gorgeous.

This is the best company! Their products are beyond beautiful and extremely well-made. Their customer service is a dream to work with. Empress Mimi is wonderful, all around. A delightful shopping experience. Don’t miss out.

Had a minor malfunction with item that was purchased several months ago but never worn. A zipper went haywire. Jezza came to the rescue and made everything better. Thank you Jezza

Their products are beautiful and whenever I have a question, they will help me!

Helpful customer service when I made a mistake on my order!

Amazing Customer Service. Quick and helpful responses to any question and concerns about sizes, materials, etc

Jezza was a huge help with my issue. She answered all my questions and quickly resolved the problem. Thank you, as always with Empress Mimi, my requests were handled with kindness !

The attention to detail in their pieces is incredible. Any time I reached out to customer service they have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Very happy. Plus amazing customer service.

The customer service team was phenomenal in helping me resolve an issue with a package that was lost in transit. They were kind, responsive, and arranged a full replacement at no additional cost. I’m crossing my fingers that it arrives before my upcoming trip, but regardless, I truly appreciate how thoughtfully and professionally they handled everything. Thank you!

I love Empress Mimi! Not only their unique designs but also their team. Ever since I found them I signed up for the monthly subscription. It is a lovely surprise to see each month what I am getting. The sets are so detailed, beautiful quality and many fun accessories like gloves and chokers. Whenever I had an issue with shipping or a question their team responds right away and tries to find the best possible solution. 10/10 recommend!

The customer service is wonderfully responsive and will get back to you right away in the very rare event there's an issue. The products are well made

Empress Mimi is a company that truly cares about their product and their customers. I treated myself to two of their sets for two different performances later this year. As a professional entertainer and seamstress, I can honestly say that these are some of the best sets I have seen in a while! The quality of the fabric is really nice and beautiful! The hardware used on the pierces are not cheap and I don’t feel like these sets will fall apart after one night on the stage. They look even more beautiful in person. These are clearly meant to last AND make you feel really beautiful!

Amazingly, the quality of Empress Mimi is equally matched to their customer service. I order these sets after taking their super cute and easy to fill out size quiz on their site which upon finishing the first time, gives you a discount on your first order! Unfortunately in the time I ordered these sets, I experienced a family emergency. By the time I returned home and was ready to try on my new treasures, the panties were clearly too small. Fully mentally drained from my personal life, it was like the tiny thread that finally unraveled in my tired neurodivergent brain. So I simply sent them an email explaining everything and asked for help. Their kindness, understanding and patience has truly been heart warming. They have made communication easy and made sure that all parties are on the same page at all times. These goddesses deserve all of the support they can get! I can’t wait for the correct sizes to arrive. My burlesque performances are going to shine in these sets! I will absolutely be looking into their subscription boxes for the future. Quality and kindness like this is truly a rarity. My good femme humans, you are in for a treat.

Great selections and quality material. Customer support was very helpful and responsive.

I made an enquiry about delivery, my questions were answered within hours. Thank you.
