Nicely constructed frame complete with all necessary fixings.

I ordered a bespoke metal frame from Eframe. From ordering to delivery, the experience was flawless. I was kept updated about progress, and was delighted when the frame arrived (through their dedicated delivery service). The quality is excellent, and I can highly recommend this company.

I want to express my sincere thanks to Natalia and Ysabel for their exceptional customer service. They were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process of finding the right frame. Not only did they send me the samples I requested on two separate occasions free of charge, but they also included an additional frame I hadn’t seen online based on my specifications. That extra sample turned out to be the one I chose.

I am genuinely impressed by the level of care they showed. I prefer shopping in person to online but this online experience was just as good. They took the time to answer all my questions and even added the frame measurements directly into my online basket, making the process seamless. Their support went above and beyond, and I truly wish more companies operated with this level of dedication.

Atrocious/nonexistent quality control...

Ordered 1 frame to try them out and they gave sent me a frame that had 1 edge totally different to the other 3. They arranged a collection and then quite a few days later sent out a replacement. Despite this, I decided to order 5 others and what I got was very disappointing. Scratches/dents on most edges. Just looks like very little care was taken when putting the frames together.

Honestly couldnt be more thrilled with the care and time that the customer service team have taken.

I placed my order last night and this morning was informed that maybe the frame might be too thin for the size of the print I was wanting to use.

Without prompting, they upgraded my frame to a thicker boarder, complimentary, which of course was incredibly kind!

Ysabel in particular was so so helpful and I feel so pleasantly surprised by how proactive they were!

Would 100% recommend!

Had a great experience with e-frame. I ordered a frame online and was impressed to quickly receive an email flagging that the thickness I’d chosen wasn’t ideal for the size of the frame. They explained it could distort over time and offered a free upgrade to a more suitable option that still matched the original look. Thought this was a great example of their integrity and craftsmanship. The frame went into production quickly, arrived fast, was really well packaged and looks fantastic. Overall, very impressed, I will definitely be ordering again.

They are good but their service timeline is very bad. Items don’t get dispatched or delivered as per the timelines promised while ordering.

I ordered 4 of the same frame for some paintings my kids had done. eFrame kept me up to date on their production and likely arrival. When they arrived they were well packaged and look great. Second time I've used eFrame and very pleased.

Brilliant! I wanted a framed canvas to use as a guest book for my wedding but wasn’t sure if the canvas would be too textured to write on so they sent me a free sample. I decided it was fine so bought the framed canvas and it’s brilliant! Packaged really well, great quality frame, excited to use it

Ordering a bespoke size frame on the website was easy to do, just pop your measurements in chose a style and you're done. Our order was easy to track on the website (sooo much detail!) and was delivered within the promised timeframe. The frame we received was great quality. I was a bit doubtful about the acrylic 'glass' but in fact its absolutely fine, looks indistinguishable from real glass, and of course is lighter and safer. I had a small problem when ordering the frame because my initial card payment didn't go through properly (probably my fault!) but there was no apparent way on the website to retry the payment, and I had to resubmit the order again, with a new order number. Nevertheless it was all fine in the end, and I would be happy to use eframe again and would recommend them.

Navigating the website requires patience, but the customer service people are very helpful if you struggle. This time I wanted a double mounted frame for a "self portrait" my son did aged 5 on an IKEA easel. So cheap paper all wrinkled but a moment in time that celebrated his happiness.

Rapid, personalised service, and absolutely superb product. I chose the canvases, and the colours are vibrant, the definition crystal clear, and the finish perfect.

Great choice of frames. Easy to filter / search for the frame I wanted. Frame was very well packaged, and it looks great. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very smooth and straightforward, which is why I keep going back to them.

Easy to order a made to measure frame, after placing the order they notified me of an upgrade to the frame due its dimensions at no extra cost, delivery was quick and product was better than I expected, great company

I am so pleased with my frames. I’m not sure what I was expecting but the frames are much better than I imagined. Fantastic quality, dispatched quickly and great communication throughout.
Would definitely recommend and use again when I need made to measure frames!!
