The frames are overpriced. While the overall quality is okay, for the price I paid, I was expecting something far more premium.

The Perspex scratched almost immediately after I removed the blue protective film, and the frame did not screw back together as neatly or securely as I would have expected.

For the money, I think the quality is very poor and the product is seriously overpriced. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

So happy with my picture frames. Made to measure perfectly and look great with the little water colour paintings in them.
They were on time and prices were not too expensive either.

The prices are reasonable, the instructions were clear and being able to have a totally custom size (which fit the picture perfectly) was great. Would thoroughly recommend.

Having ordered a custom frame copying last year's order, I didn't realise the frame had changed ever so slightly. When it arrived safe and sound, I was a little disappointed this one didn't match the previous one.
When contacting the customer service team, particularly Ysabel, she let me know the frame had changed slight since last year but as I hadn't been informed, she had already started a replacement order for the frame to replicate last years. This was unexpected and amazing to hear. The frame arrived this morning and it's excellent ! I wasn't expecting this replacement but to say the eFrame customer is exceptional is not an understatement. Thank you !

Expected a quick delivery given the price of priority, but still took 5 days in total.

Also expected quality print given the high cost, but the pictures were printed on crappy paper - and you can see where they used scissors along the edge to cut it.

Great service, prompt dispatch and a perfectly fitting made to measure frame. Recommended.
