Placed an order with them on Sunday and it arrived today. They kept me informed about my item from it being dispatched to it arriving.
First time I have used them but will not be the last.
Fantastic service

Recently ordered some bottled craft beers from Padstow Brewery through Eebria.com. I received the items i ordered today, which was much quicker than I expected. Service was very friendly - I initially had a query about the sell by date of the product, which was answered within 24 hours, professional and very prompt. I shall certainly be recommending this company to friends and family, and will hopefully be using again myself with no reservations.

From start to finish, service with yourselves has been faultless, in fact it's been far better than I ever expected!

It felt personal and that people genuinely cared.

Eebria is a great way to access a very wide range of craft beers (and cider if that's what floats your boat). A good choice from a large number of brewers, and efficient and prompt at home delivery. Say good bye to shaking your head sadly at the poor choice in your local shops!

Took two weeks to deliver my order. During this time, there were two promises of shipment that never happened, and five out of the seven beers became available in my local supermarket at a 30% reduction compared to ordering directly from eebria/brewery?! After pointing this out to them, an apologetic e-mail followed by my order suddenly shipping an hour later - I suspect to avoid me cancelling it and taking my business elsewhere.

To add further insult, there was no protection of the beer cans that were shipped - no bubble wrap, nothing. 50%-75% of the order arrived dented and one can crumpled, causing a leak that made the entire order reek of stale stout.

In summary, they were more expensive, slower, and don't care about the goods supplied. This was my first and last order with eebria.

The service was second to none, communication really good and order arrived really quickly. The cider is also really good and tastes like cider should do.
